The workload is heavy, and the pay is not good. But these shortcomings are worsened by the company's lack of support to the employees. They treat employees like dispensable robots who are there just to do their job. Management never considers offering proper training or support. The company also likes hiring inexperienced workers to replace talented employees just so it can cut costs. Stay away from this company.

The company has the worst customer service I have ever come across. You will be put on hold for so long and you emails will not be answered. Try working with another company if you do not want to be frustrated.

This is the worst property management company I have seen in my life. They overcharge you for stuff and when you want an explanation, they won't bother to take your calls or respond to emails. I hope I never have to deal with these people again.
