I have had the most horrible, frustrating experience after ordering flowers through this company. Not only did they mark the flowers delivered when they weren't, but they have no answers for why the flowers STILL haven't been delivered 3 days later. I have gotten the complete run around and feel like I've gotten scammed! These were sympathy flowers after a death in the family and I feel awful they haven't been received. Completely unacceptable business practice.
Do not use this site to buy your flowers. The cheaper prices may attract you but you'll be disappointed. My first order arrived within the scheduled time but they had sent a cheaper arrangement from what I ordered. I tired again on a separate occasion and they completely missed the delivery date without any follow-up. Go somewhere else please.

On hold for what seemed hours on 2/14, finally got thru 2/15 in the afternoon- woman was very difficulty to understand to say the least, then offered me a 25% refund. Absolutely unacceptable… paid thru PayPal and they made it right … lesson learned go thru your local flower shop!
I ordered a Christmas tree arrangement for my 84 YO home bound mother. Pine branches, red and white carnations, red roses, ribbons small ornaments small white flowers. Sendflowers substituted a gingerbread house cheap blue, green, white, purple flowers without red. Also a fake candy ornament. After I complained I was given back $23 of the $91 I spent.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my husband so that it could brighten up his day at work for one. I paid for expediting shipping, but did not get shipping before 12. Then I told them I would like a full refund I had to argue with customer service about getting a refund. I was promised a refund within once to three business days which the money was took out of my account and now they're telling me that they can't give me a refund, this is a scam. I would never order another book of flowers from this place and I wouldn't recommend you do it either.

Flowers, balloons and teddy bear ordered. Received flowers from the grocery store (Harris Teater). They were just thrown together in a vase and partially dieing. No balloons or teddy bear at all! Very bad business! $86.90 spent for $24.99 dozen of pink and red roses! Boy, what a waste! The company is refunding cost for balloons and teddy bear(99.00). Only offered a 10.00 gift card on future purchase for the disappointment of the flowers. Never will do business with them again!
They have tied up with useless florists who have no stantard or quality. Do not order from these guys, you will be disappointed. Look at the picture given on their website and look at the actual flowers that they sent

Do not order flowers from this site. I payed 70 dollars for orchids to give to my wife for Valentine's Day. What I ordered on their website and what I recieved was utter disappointment and embarrassing. The flowers was put in a cup smaller then my hand. There was only two orchids that bloomed. The rest of them were buds that were falling off. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but far from it. They refunded me 10 dollars of the 70 dollars i spent. Was very unhappy hints the rant. So i hope this review keeps you from making the mistake i did. Pictures attached)

I ordered the flowers in the 1st picture 3 weeks before they were to be delivered, the 2nd picture is what was delivered. Looks nothing like what they advertised that I ordered. If there was going to be that big of a difference then they should have made me aware of the situation. Bad business if they are going to just send out what they want & not what the customer ordered. I will not be ordering again.

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my sister's birthday on the 23rd of March.
I specified for it to be delivered on Tuesday 26th of March.
It was delivered at 7pm when the birthday was half over and the flowers were lethargic, limping with life and the chocolates were a melted mess of confectionery.
I was heartbroken!
My sister and I are very dissatisfied, disappointed, and utterly disheartened at the quality of the product she received.
Please don't order from this company.
I did let read reviews before I ordered and I'm glad I didn't. These are mostly awful reviews. However I ordered my niece a couple flowers and a teddy bear to be send to the hospital she was staying at. They send her the most amazing beautiful bouquet of flowers. Much more that expected!

Paid extra to guarantee delivery for Valentine's Day ordered 2 weeks in advance Valentine's Day came and went still no flowers. Customer service is a joke. Shop elsewhere you'll be glad you did.

Customer service is terrible. 20 to 30 minute wait time. Couldn't understand what was said sounded like garble. Paid 2 weeks in advance with 14.99 additional fee for guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day. No delivery what's so ever for Valentine's Day.

I ordered a gift for my daughter at college for her birthday. What I ordered and what I received was a complete joke. I paid over $100 for a $20 gift. On the upside, customer service has assured me a full refund. But a ruined birthday surprise that you can't fix is extremely disappointing. Picture one is what I ordered (with 3 mylar balloons). Picture two is what I received.

My friend sent flowers for her sisters funeral, and they were nothing like the picture. She spent a lot of money on it, and what was sent was weak, and I could've made them myself.

Ordered a colorful bouquet to be delivered to my daughter. The flowers they delivered were not colorful and didn't look like the flowers I ordered. They also are deceptive with the delivery fee. "Get it delivered today for $2.99" is added to an additional delivery fee that doesn't appear until you checkout. I contacted them. Response was "All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season, as stated in our website's product delivery information." The substitution they made was definitely not "slight". They gave me 30% back on the flowers only. They say satisfaction guaranteed... No repeat business from me ever!
Zero stars! Delivery was promised same day, never showed up. Asked to cancel and receive refund, was given a runaround that I had to wait for follow up from florist. Asked if I could call the local florist, they refused to provide florist name. I asked them to call florist, was put on a very long hold and was given story that bouquet was "out for delivery by 7 pm". Again, they never showed up. Most florists are not open past 6 pm, so I knew I was getting the run around. Still trying to get refund. Find a local florist and call them directly, don't purchase from sendflowers.com. It's a scam.
Ordered the day prior and was promised a delivery date of Feb 14th. Contacted them that day at 12pm, rep said it rest assured it will arrive before 5PM. Wife never received flowers. Contacted support and they lied and said there was an attempt to deliver but nobody was there. This was a blatant lie, the person who receives delivery for the company is my wife! You'll have to stay on the line for 30 mins via phone or chat to try and fight for your refund. Do not order from this site

Don't use this online service! I ordered a beautiful vase full of roses and tulips but the recipient received an old mason jar with two roses and 3 tulips. It was so ugly, the few flowers looked like they had been picked off the side of the road and jammed in a jar!
When I called to complain to the florist, they said that Sendflowers.com is a third party business, and eventhough I paid $79.00, the florist said she only received $30.00 from Sendflowers.com and that is why the jar was substituted for the vase, and the flowers were so few. Please see the comparison of what was received and what was ordered. There simply is NO comparison.
