Self Talk Store

I have been emailing and phoning this company for months now to cancel my contract without success. I am also unable to do it via their site. It keeps telling me my password is wrong but won't send a new one. I have wasted a lot of money on this company.

They delivered what was promised and canceled subscription when asked immediately. I had no issues, and I liked the product. This was in June of 2019. I can't comment on anything outside of that time frame.

I used the streaming service SelfTalkPlus.com to listen for free for a month. That gave me time and opportunity to decide what programs I wanted to buy. I purchased several of the downloads including the Lifetime Library and Self-Talk for Kids. Everything worked exactly as stated on the websites. I cancelled my subscription to the streaming service online and was never billed. When I called to ask about changing my password, the lady that I spoke to was courteous, knowledgeable and changed it while I was still on the phone. After making my decision, I downloaded my purchases from the store and created my perfect playlists to put on my phone.

I never received any receipt of their charges, they charged me 3 times per/month I did not even use their service. I could not even get to login properly, they are unreachable no one picked up my call. Please do not trust them.

Signed up for their 30 day intro offer. Never could get access to selftalk. Was billed for 2 months and sent numerous emails to them and could not get a response

Charged my credit card 3 times for one month. Called to cancel but they still only cancelled part of it.

Although these reviews scared me, I went ahead and purchased the audio files from selftalkstore. I received an email with a link to download them and it all worked.

Like every other review, I have also experienced the same type of service from this website.

I ordered a CD from them on January 24th, 2013 and am still waiting on it after spending $131 on it. I have called and left several messages as well emailing them several times only to get no response.

And like the other reviewers have said they are sucking the life blood out of the very thing they represent.

It is very disappointing after reading Mr. Helmstetter's books and being so inspired to take action.

It was even my fault. Things were crazy. I meant to cancel because I had a $1,006 vet bill so I had like three months where I didn't even use it. Not because I don't love this program I just thought I had canceled. The woman who took my call was so kind and refunded my money immediately. I'm so sorry these people had trouble I don't understand it. All I can think is there must have been a mix-up of some kind. This man was so far ahead. Now there are all kinds of scientific studies and a bunch of different programs. Chad had this one years before anyone else. Thank you Shad you are truly life-changing. I'll be back as soon as I get my finances in order.

Recently I became familiar with the Self Talk products of Dr. Shad Helmstetter and began listening to them over and over. Since I started my life has improved to higher quality and what I am most impressed with is the outstanding attitude I am having within myself. I deal with a bipolar adult child 24 hours a day. My plan is to help her listen to see how it improves her life as well. GREAT JOB Dr. Shad Helmstetter!

Still waiting for my order. They said 5 days at the most to ship. Told me today it will ship on Monday. 13 days after they got the cash from my credit card. I would not recommend buying from this site period. I have a little hope of getting what I paid 211.50 for but I've never been hung out like this by anyone and it's very unnerving.

I also was stupid enough to order from the Selftalk-Store (last November). Never received anything. They also don't answer my e-mails. So stay clear of that website.

This website supposedly represents and sells the works of Dr. Shad Helmstetter a well known psychologist and renown world author. Product was never shipped
Many similar complaints have been reported. This is a big fat a elaborate scam that isn't affiliated by Dr. Shad Helmstetter. Let the world know.
