The absolute worst customer service ever don't spend your money with these ppl plenty of other hair companies out here. Bought bundles that I wasn't able to use do to the length and returned them the next day. You can't correspond with a phone call only email and they're super slow to respond won't give you the return address immediately and now making me jump through hoops to obtain my refund of 58.82 talk about customer retention my daughter is going to prom so more money more problems soooo frustrated
