This thing moves quickly. Really really quickly. I sent my return product in on Monday and I had my money back on Friday. It doesn't get any faster than that, does it? Plus, they don't ask a ton of questions or make you fill out paperwork or anything like that. It's a breeze!

Sometimes the things that are offered to you at checkout are a scam or a complete waste of time - and money. But that isn't the case with Return Assurance. Instead, it's actually a huge help and gives you peace of mind. It does cost you a couple of extra bucks but I promise it is worth it, especially if you make too many purchases or buy the wrong thing.

AWFUL

These people have been jerking me around for 3 weeks now just to give me a $25 refund. If I knew it was going to be this much of a hassle I would have never win for it. I got the protection just in case these pants didn't fit my husband and long behold they didn't. I sent both items back in the same package and they're telling me if they only got the cheapest pair of pants back. Which was only $9. They refunded me the $9 but they're skipping out on the rest of my money. Long story behold I will never deal with Goodwill and or anything that has to do with this company.

Do not use this company. They do not honor promised refunds.
I'm afraid this is a fraudulent and scamming organization. I paid for insurance on my package through this company. My packaged was delivered to the wrong address and I was told my refund was approved and processed. I never received a refund. When I wrote customer service, I was told time and time again my refund was "processing" until they just stopped responding all together. They would not answer any of my questions as to why I never received the refund the original email promised, the timeline, and how long a refund needs to "process" before it is paid out. My requests for my email to be escalated to a manager were not honored. I had to write them several times asking for a response to unanswered emails. Weeks later I now understand I will never see that refund and the company stopped responding to me. They simply took and kept my money and gave me the runaround until they were done communicating.

I have included an email I received a week and a half into trying to get my refund where the customer support agent told me there was nothing they could do. I never received my refund and they have not responded to my subsequent emails since this one was sent last week. I have written several times saying I didn't not receive the refund and asking my email to be escalated to someone who could help me, but they have completely stopped responding to me and kept my money. The only conclusion I can draw is that this company is a fraud. Although they are not registered with the BBB, I have filed a complaint there.

I haven't returned things in ages. I just got so sick and tired of having to jump through the hoops, do all the hard work, and then wait for my money to EVENTUALLY get back to me. No longer! Now, I am sending the product in one day and getting the money back just a few days later. A breeze an absolute total breeze.

Filing This Was Painless

A lot of companies make you jump through hoops to do returns, especially second-hand stores. They don't like to initiate returns and honestly I can understand why. But with Return Assurance, it is all done easily and quickly. You don't even have to file much paperwork. The most you have to do is put a label on a box. It couldn't be any easier.

Just A Few Extra Bucks

I added a few bucks to my total to make sure I could get a return and I am really glad that I did. Just after receiving the order, I realized that it wasn't right for me and I needed to send it back. Instead of going through a ton of hassle and phone calls, I simply printed out the label, slapped it on a box, and the package was sent away. I got my money back in days! Easy!

The biggest problem with returning things is the amount of work it takes when you're sending something back to an online store. You have to contact them, wait for a box, wait for a return label, wait for so much. But that's not the case with Seel! Instead of waiting, I got to work at sending my dress back. Money returned fast!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with SEEL.com. I purchased an item from Shopping Simmon and decided to purchase return insurance offered by SEEL.com to ensure my peace of mind. However, when I needed to return the item, I faced a real saga to get my money back.

It has been four months since I contacted SEEL.com to request a refund, and so far I have not received any satisfactory feedback. They already have the item in their possession, but they continue to ignore my attempts to contact me and do not refund the amount paid.

This lack of accountability and transparency on the part of SEEL.com is unacceptable. Not only did they renege on their promise to offer a returns insurance service, they also showed complete disregard for consumer rights.

I'm sharing my experience here to warn other consumers about the risks of dealing with SEEL.com. This company's lack of integrity and customer service is concerning and should be taken into consideration when shopping online. Avoid SEEL.com at all costs and opt for more trustworthy and ethical companies.

Sometimes when I return a product, I get asked a million questions. It makes me feel like I have done something wrong when I simply just didn't like the product. I don't usually like refunds because they are frankly a huge pain in the neck. They take a lot of work and a lot of answering of questions and also a lot of collecting items and stuff. But with Return Assurance, I don't have to worry about any of that. I just have to put the item in the box, ship it out boom, it's done. Simple and effective.
