I was worried when I first ordered online with secret sales as I'd read various reviews! However everything ordered has been brilliant, a bargain and arrived within days!

I purchased here from for kid very good styles and affordable prices too... Worthy place for our budgets!

Further to my angry review last December about the lack of delivery in time for Christmas as promised, the pearl jewellery i ordered did arrive in time for New Year! The quality of the pearls is excellent and Im very pleased with my purchases now they have arrived.

I also received a very apologetic email from SecretSales customer service, along with a £10 gift voucher. This was a very nice gesture; so they are forgiven!

Used for years & intend to continue. Excellent site.

I think SecretSales is one of the best places to buy well known deisgenr labels at an affordable price. I have meanwhile a Loyalty Plus member status so I do not the delivery so I shop regularily with Secretsales. It is a very easy and convenience way to shop. The website is very well structured and the payment is also very safe.

Didn't realise I've been shopping with Secret Sales for 2+ yrs now. I've notice that they been trying to improve customer experience since and that makes me wanting to go and check what's up there on a daily basis.

Secretsales is one of the best sites of its type. The selection of products available is extensive and mostly offers very good value for quality merchandise. I use it regularly when seeking something for myself or to purchase gifts for friends and family. I always advise my family (who live abroad) to purchase Secretsales gift vouchers for my birthday & Christmas, etc., which saves them postage and I get exactly what I want, when I want it.

On the rare occasions (and I buy a lot of things from Secretsales), when I have had items go missing during the delivery process, the Secretsales staff, have always tried their best to assist in a remedy.

Secretsales is a great site for value for money and customer product is 100 percent authentic. Though it takes long for product to arrive its worth the wait. I would recommend this site to anyone any time

Have been a member for a while and therefore receive loyalty rewards plus free delivery! Always receive helpful customer service. Have purchased some lovely items from makes which I would not have considered. The fact that items are discounted and ordered later on means you can look forward to receiving within a few weeks. Not for someone who is wants things delivered next day.

I have used Secret Sales on a number of occasions to buy high end clothing from men's and womenswear as well as children's sections. I have also purchased cosmetics and homeware. The discounts offered represent good value with the odd bargain depending on size availability. The only slight downside is that products often take up to 14 days to arrive and are not grouped together so if you are needing an item quickly say as a present it's worth checking out the delivery date as there is no indication until after purchase that a 14 day turnaround may be likely.

Overall, Secretsales is a good shopping site and has some very intriguing deals. I've only ordered twice from them (the second currently pending as they process the order) but with the first completed order, I didn't have any hitch.

My only gripe with them is their returns procedure. If you don't explicitly state during an order that you want a Collect+ returns label because in their own words you 'may' want to return an item, it isn't sent, so should you change your mind you have to pay exorbitantly through other means to return your order with the standard address label included on the invoice. Many people buy products (particularly those of well-known established brands) with the assumption it will be of good quality or befitting to purpose and thus not needing to be returned, so it's not exactly instinctive they will consciously select the returns label. Moreover, a vast majority of other shopping sites include returns labels in the order packages, or at least make it easy for the customer procedurally to print out a returns label [Secretsales cannot be found within the vendors list on the Collect+ site].

It would be a good idea if, by default, Secretsales included the Collect+ label with every order and the cost of the label automatically added to the overall order price. At least then there's a contingency available for the customer - at lower cost - should the customer's mind be changed and if the label isn't used, Secretsales don't lose money as the customer has already paid for the label during order.

Great site with loads of choice and great brands. No hassles with ordering or returns and speedy responses from customer services. Great items great prices.

I would like to ask is the products on secretsales.com are authentic/original?

I'M SO HOPELESSLY HOOKED ON SECRETSALES - SO MANY GOODIES. I avoided taking the plunge for so long but once I got started shopping at Secret Sales I cant seem to get enough! The goodies are so fab, genuine designer items & some great independent pieces. Customer services is great, very nice people. My only issue is the DELIVERY TIME which can be up to 3 weeks & more in some cases. Secret sales please get your suppliers to turn around orders faster! I'm also sad at the occasional cancelled orders after waiting over 2 weeks- disappointing! Despite this, I love shopping at secret sales and getting my daily fix!.

Used for a couple of years and found some great bargains. Can sometimes be an issue with their suppliers supplying the goods, but seems to be rare and I will continue to use them for good value genuine products.

The SecretSales site brings your great products at great prices! Should you get there in time. The only issue I will ever have is the time in which i have to wait for my items, but nevermind all worth the wait in the end!

Good range of sales at a great price, generally good at dealing with issues, only had a couple of problems with the merchants, but these have all been resolved in the end.

Overall good site but need to have more larger/ bigger sizes available
