After reviewing prices at over 25 different sites, Seatsmart had the best price and no hidden fees that appear at checkout!

Very easy, but I wish customers new about a mandatory Fed Ex charge of $15 or more even if an even is purchased in October for February.

First-timer, very simple. Was hesitant due to ticket prices being lower than anywhere else but so far so good! Honestly felt this was to good to be true but I got my tickets and saved a bunch of money through this site! Highly recommed.

Saw that if I downloaded the app I would get $20 off my first purchase. Did download app, didn't see $20 discount anywhere.

Prices fairly displayed. Some sellers, however, add service fees toward the end, and a buyer has to watch out for those, as they are not reflected in the advertised price.

Only used sestsmart twice, but it's Never a negative experience. Excellent and very responsive service.

I was scared away from Stubhub due to sticker shock! SeatSmart provided great seats for a much lower cost.

This was very easy and the best price I found online. I received the email tickets in a very good timeframe.

making the purchase was more simple than most other sites and cheaper with the referral code i was able to obtain. thats all ive gotten so far so we'll see when i receive what i paid for and arrive at the event.

So glad I found this website. Its cheap and convenient. Now if I could only add the discounted parking pass offered by other websites, then this would be perfect!

As long as your site is secure I would definitely use your site again. I like that you don't have hidden and/or unreasonable fees. I also like that the tickets were available quickly for me to download and print from home.

I was very disappointed that I was charged a $15.00 fed ex fee to have my tickets sent to me and then was told I had to put my tickets on a card. I was told there was no hidden fees but I feel that was one.

I thought the process overall was very good! The website is very user friendly and allows for quick and comprehensive searching. The checkout and the shipment was like clockwork. I really must say that I am extremely satisfied with the overall process.

I searched probably 20 different sites to find one without a ridiculous service fee. This one is great!

I'll be back for tickets next year... and every year thereafter! Great seats, great prices, and GREAT SERVICE!
