While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
Bought tickets minutes into a presale. Quickly realized tickets in my confirmation email were not the ones I had initially selected. So bought others as quick as possible. Then called my Bank to get phone number *******335 for SeatGeek as you can't find it on their site. Talked to customer service within hour after purchase and later received email that refund was denied. So instead of fighting with them I sold tickets, which they charged another $50 for. Now I find out my money will be delivered after event in 6 months. I have used SeatGeek in past without issue on purchase. Sad to say I'm no longer a SeatGeek fan.

My go to for tickets to any event! Easy process, simple interface, my only regret was taking KU +5 at home against KSU... but you live and you learn.
Just like every other time I've bought from SeatGeek, I got tickets for a good price and had the tickets on my phone no problem.

Decided last minute to surprise my husband with tickets to the Blackhawks game. I got seats on center ice six rows behind the penalty box. And the price was reasonable. My husband and his friend had a great time and that made the whole thing worth it.

Bought tickets to FSU/LSU football game. Despite all the bots, could not speak toa live person, did not finally get my tickets until 2 hours or so before game time. Bots kept giving scripted answers to my questions. Main phone line went directly to a mail box that full for at least 3 days before my event. In calling the venue, Camping World, no one answered the phone. All this after accepting my payment. They did come through but not without creating high stress and anxiety as we were traveling from out of state.
It was too easy to navigate the site and get to the seats I wanted!
After having no luck on TicketMaster as usual, I found killer front row seats on SeatGeek at a reasonable price. I'm VERY HAPPY!

Do not use this ticket platform! I bought a ticket for a concert that ended up getting rescheduled (which I did not know) and Seat Geeks website did not have the new date and will not give me a refund!
