So I bought a 2024 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss and was so excited when I found Seat Covers Unlimited and bought both my front seats but also my rear seats cover. I paid over $700 for the entire set and received an email saying I would get my covers by November 20th but that came and gone so I called and the lady I spoke to said they were running way behind and to expect my covers by December 8th which I did receive my covers on the 8th as she said. When I looked at the covers, I could tell the material was top notch material so I was very excited to get them all installed so I opened the package and I received instructions to install the front seat and the middle console/seat but did not receive any instructions for my rear seats. I was able to install the front 2 seats cover and they look GREAT but the system I received for the console/seat was so badly designed with the straps and connection cause nothing worked with my truck which all 2024 Silverado are the same does not allow for straps to go under the console nor does it allow for straps to pass under the lid of the storage unit. I then saw on the instruction book to call if I had any issues or needed support so I called and got Daniel Mooney and told him my issues with the front seat and that I had not received any instructions for the rear seat and that based on what they sent me for the rear upright backseat that you cannot get straps or anything behind the seat and how was I to attach the top part. Daniel asked if I would send pictures of my front seat issue first and that he would get instructions sent to my email right then and also call me right back to help me on the front seat. He never called me, nor did he send anything for the rear installation. I was finally able to get the rear bottom portion covers installed and they look good, but the rear upright portion has such a bad design, and a blanket would have fit better and stayed in place better then what Seat Covers Unlimited designed. Chevy's rear seat upright part does not come down nor does it have any way of getting straps or cords behind the seat. Now my back part upright is only staying up due to the headrest but on both sides and in the middle it is just lying there plus the bottom part of the upright covers on the rear has no way to attach between the bottom or top so when you bring up the bottom portion of the rear seat the cover flap comes out and you have to restuff it. HORRIABLE looking. It is also so loose fitting on the rear. Also, back on the front console/seat had straps on top and if you use them, you can't close the lid cause the straps block it. I told Daniel that it looks like a shower cap design would have been a better fit, but he disagreed and said he would call me back and talk me thru it once he received my pictures BUT he never called nor sent me anything. All in all, the front 2 seats covers look great but the rest looks like I bought them from Walmart which maybe I should have cause theirs are 1/2 the cost.
