“Worst experience”

It is the worst experience i have had with my travel! And the customer service has not replied to a single email or call at all. On Seat24 portal i booked a flight with 2x23 kg check-in luggage. But by the airline, only 1x23 kg was allowed. We had to pay 163€ per Bag. The airline said to get a refund from Seat24, but it has been impossible to connect with them. Hoping to speak to someone amd clear out the matter. Till then, Worst Service Ever!

I received an email with a flight change. They wanted me to take a connection flight that already left before I even got there?!?!?! How am i to arrive at 11 and the connection flight left at 9?
They agreed to a refund on January 30th, I still have not received anything, my emails are ignored. I just lost over $1000.

Lowest service
Lowest communication skills
No understanding at all
Everything costs extra money and time

I tried to change the name 5 min after I made a booking, but they always managed to get the name wrong, no matter how many times I wrote it down, and it was around 40-50 times...

I lost around 40€ for the name change, 2h of communication back and forth and a lot of nerves.

Please guys, don't book with them at any circumstances.

I wish there is zero stars to give them. Horrible customer service. Eventually, you will pay more than if you book on the original airline. Because they are not honest.

Scammer! Specially the travel agent or customer service...! Please report this site and make sure it will close this website. I dont know what kind of people are they... Our God is always watching us. so many lier people when it come to talk about money! I wish to our GOD. Money is nothing in the future.! MONEY is nothing in the FUTURE!

Purchased tickets in January 2020. Seat24 emailed in April and said flights were cancelled and would need to be rebooked/refunded. I requested a refund every month since April with no reply. I have waited on hold for hours. Agents disconnect the call on purpose. Agents give various reasons why the computers don't work. Most agents can't even read the numbers or airport codes correctly. Clearly a scam. Still waiting for my refund or confirmation that they received my request. I have emailed, faxed, posted letters and even open cases with the ECC. Seat24 refuses to issue refund.

Five months is long enough to wait to receive any sort of reply.

They refusing to refund the canceled ticket.

DO NOT USE SEAT24

I brought tickets in seat24. But, out of 2 flights in my journey, one flight got changed by airline and they just updated that ticket but not other one. I requested seat24 to update whole journey but they didnt respond. So, I asked to cancel and refund. Even after 3 monts I receive standard answer that airline didnt refund. They never follow up, never take responsibility. Its hell and $#*!

Customer service, after waiting in the queue for 45 minutes and again 40 minutes, does not have a clue what they are doing. A simple re-scheduling of the return flight is too much for them. I have waisted so much money, time and effort to get this done. They are incapable of helping.

EDIT: Tried calling them three times this week since their reply. First time was on hold for two hours before they disconnected, the second time the agent had "computer issues" the third time the agent said he wont refund me because I need to call Austrian directly. Austrian says I need to call them. They are still ripping people off. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Same issue as everyone else. They take your money, then never contact you again. It is a TOTAL scam. If you need to make a change, talk to a customer agent, they make up excuses, disconnect the call and blame COVID for months on end. They refuse to issue a refund, don. T reply to emails and their agents on the phone are illiterate. DONT TRUST THEM. WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Please never book with them. I booked a flight with them and got tested covid positive. So I had wanted to rebook. Firstly Its a pain to get hold of anyone from their customer support to reschedule. Looks like they are severely understaffed. Then after you make the payment for the booking they increase the fare saying fares are dynamic. They asked me to pay 236 euros for the rebooking. I paid the 236 euros through the link they sent. Then just a day before the travel, they sent me a mail saying that I need to pay 804 Euros as the fare prices have increased! How can you ask the customer to pay for dynamic fares after they have paid for the booking?

DO NOT USE IT! BOOK DIRECTLY VIA AIRLINE AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My flight got cancelled, ok happens, but then you are not able to get any reasonable information, noone knows anything and I'm waiting for days for a confirmation from the airline if the rebooking proposal (for which I have to pay extra to seat24 by the way) is ok. This is ridiculous, save yourself a hassle and just book directly with airline, I have 2 days to get back to and ZERO information what flight I'm on and I'm travelling with small kids and have booked original flight to assist an elderly person, they obviously do not give a damn, so avoid it and save yourself stress.
