I needed a replacement top for my Samsung oven. All other sites wanted $300+ for the top. Sears PArts Direct want $100 and said it was in stock. I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon. After ordering I saw all the bad reviews and started getting nervous. Monday I got an email saying my top shipped and it was arriving the next day! The part arrived the next day as promised and it was a legit Samsung replacement part, not a Chinese knock-off. Kudos to Sears Parts Direct for the overall great experience.

They had the parts I needed when nobody else did on a 24-year-old riding lawn mower and the order was here in less than a week. Great job!

Ordered the part Sunday evening, and received it Thursday Morning. It's the right part. Email did not update with shipping information, but was able to get that information from a customer service/sales representative. It was very difficult getting a live person, but eventually succeeded.

I ordered an oven door replacement. They had the best price by far (almost $200 less than direct from manufacturer) and low shipping costs. It arrived less than 48 hours after I ordered it!

Ordered cold and hot inlet valves for LG washer. Received via UPS in one day. Correct parts, new, well packaged.

I initially gave 1 star but can't figure out how to fix my review. After reading all the bad reviews I was really hesitant but really needed the part. I placed the order. The next day I got an update the part was on backordered when it initially said it was in stock. So I tried to cancel as I also had an order with Maytag directly. However was informed the part had already shipped. Confusing but ultimately it worked out. While they need better communication and updates, they were still able to provide me the part very quick. Took about a week. Based on this experience I would buy from here again.

They are the best. Because they always do honest business. I will recommend them any day. I wish I did go back to them and stay away from Dappz, they are a bunch of con artist, they don't even have a telephone that you can talk to a customer service.

I used the site to determine which part I needed to replace our washer control board. The site said the part was no longer available and gave me the equivalent part. The part looked similar but not exactly the same, and did not have all of the same connectors. I had scheduled a repairman, not with Sears, and he verified the part wouldn't work by calling them. They said no problem, I could send it back and they would return my money. They also had the correct part in stock. I had not had a chance to order the correct part yet OR send back the wrong part when, a couple of days later, the correct part came FedEx! So grateful! Hate being without a washer with 5 in our household!
I did have very frustrating experiences initially with what I think was outsourced (not in the US) customer service reps by phone, and a really great experience with one that was definitely in the US. All's well that ends well. In the photos, the one on the right is what was in my washer (and looks identical though it isn't the new one). The one on the left was the "equivalent" sent originally.

I called the Sears Parts Direct at 10:00pm on a Wednesday night, looking for a part my repair man couldn't find and said was discontinued. Within a minute or so, a chat window appeared on the website and a real individual began helping me locate the part. I was able to provide the model number, serial number and part number, which I'm sure helped expedite the process. Within 10 minutes, the part was located, purchased and it arrived at my home 4 days later, the time I was told it would take. I have nothing but great things to say about Sears Parts Direct, especially after seeing all the negative things that were written about it on this site. Perhaps Sears took the feedback to heart and have upped their game. I sure appreciated being able to find a part and do business at 10:00pm on a week night. I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the wrong part for an older Sears Kenmore refrigerator and needed to return it. The recorded directions were short and simple. My call was answered immediately by an efficient young man who helped me fim=nd my model number and helped me order the correct drawer. He then connected connected me with a young lady in the returns department who, within a few minutes, facilitated an easy return process. It has been a long time since I've had such a short, effective phone contact with a company. Congratulations on a job well done!

I panicked when I read the negative reviews on this web site. However, all of my washing machine parts arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. Great service!

We contacted Sears Partsdirect the agent was very professional, guided us through and advised the part to get as we had SE5 code error on our Samsung electric stove The delivery came in days! The part installed in 20 minutes! AND PROBLEM FIXED! STOVE WORKS GREAT! We are happy with everything.

After ordering from DAPPZ and order not correct and NO Customer Service, I spoke with Sears. Got correct part in 2 days. Friendly, efficient and reliable. Three things DAPPZ was NOT!

I ordered a replacement part the only a few places had. It is a discontinued item that is no longer made. It was $100 cheaper than other websites. I received it in good condition and on the date promised. It was a large item ordered on a Tuesday and delivered the following Monday.

Needed some parts for my lawn tractor attachment. Good parts breakdown diagram was very helpful. Prices were fair and shipping was fast. Thats all I ask for.

Been very lucky with this site they have detailed diagrams looking up parts for appliance's. Best out there.

OMG! I order the parts YESTERDAY and they arrived TODAY! I have no idea how they did that. Dallas TX to Las Vegas NV. And I did not pay any kind of expedited shipping. Plus for the LG Refrig parts I ordered they were the best price I could find on the web
