My refrigerator died and was in need of one today. Went to the Sears Outlet in West Haven, CT with worked with Natalie. She showed me several models that would fit my space and had the features I wanted. And then she let us peruse them on our own, so we could talk and decide which one we wanted. She was very easy to work with. We ended up purchasing one with a 5 year warranty and the price was pretty good. I am happy with the service Natalie provided, and plan to return in the future when I need other appliances.

I made a frantic and unpredicted trip to Sears Outlet, Shrewsbury today to make purchases for my home remodeling. I was pleased to be met with excellent customer service. I was also happy to find the store and all employees prepared for Covid-19. During my transaction, i made inquiries that required the expertise of the manager and found him to be very knowledgeable and cordial. Thank you and the staff at the Shrewsbury Outlet store.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from the Sears Outlet in Greenville, SC. Larry and Donald delivered it, and although they had trouble connecting the water supply due to the age of our home, they remained professional, courteous, and friendly. It took several hours to get the problems resolved. They went above and beyond the call of duty to finish the job! Thanks, Larry and Donald, for a job well done!

I was our first trip to the outlet on the Dallas N Tollway. Jordan was totally attentive to our needs and not distracted by others activities around us. My wife was very focused on getting a quality mattress. He was knowledgeable of the stock and showed us the differences and the values of your higher priced mattress. He was very courteous and seemed to earnestly care about satisfying our needs. If I owned my own business I would try to hire Jordan.

I want to say a great big thank you to the delivery men who went above and beyond to deliver my furniture. They were awsome.! They were all very polite. Made me very HAPPY

There was a sudden crush of customers, but although they were a little understaffed, Mary the sales person was knowledgeable and handled things with aplomb.

Called this morning and refrigerator with warranty is being delivered tonight. The sales associate followed through and was kind! Her name is Angela Harris! She is worth the call to get things done right! A true Blessing Sears has been today!

I purchased a refrigerator online. When I arrived to pick it up it had a large dent in the front. When I told them I would like to return it they were pleasant but showed me other options and offered an exchange. There were so many that I was over whelmed but the sales person listened to what I wanted and narrowed it down. I was very unhappy with my purchase but the sales person quickly fixed my frustration. I will never purchase online again but I will go to the store in person.

Manager Robin went beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I with the stove we need. Once I told her I needed a stove for thanksgiving she went to work until she Found one thank you Robin

Won't buy an appliance unless I check Sears Outlet first. We were forced to buy a new washer after hurricane Irma and they not only had one in stock but several to choose from and at a great price.

The store on 110th Ave N in Saint Petersburg, FL. Went in to buy a stove. This is a dent and ding resale store. The salesman was the most charming man I've ever met. Showed me exactly what I wanted. The price was 35% less than the retail store. The stove had one small nick in the paint. I can fix that with an enamel repair kit. Was impressed with what they have to offer. Never knew they existed til a friend told me.

My technician was Isadore he was really helpful and very polite he was also was very quick and to the point and helped me with all my problems and he was a really nice and respectful

I prefer to buy in store than online. Wide selection of appliances to choose from. Will recommend Searsoutlet to my friends
