Sears Warranty Honolulu does not fix your appliances in a timely fashion; they are inefficient; and sometimes they don't even show up. Despite three (3) Sears appointments (you have to pay for each one btw), our refrigerator remains broken after a month. Today they missed appointment #3 and did not send any updates at all about delays. They are unprofessional and disorganized. Don't work with them unless you want to lose hundreds of dollars in monthly payments.

Think long and hard before you sign up for Sears Home Warranty Service, which is in fact NOT SEARS but Cinch. You pay a monthly fee and so of course they are into your checking account. When you call for a repair, expect for it to be rescheduled at least twice. If and when the repair person shows up, stay at your house and observe the work. One person tried to replace the wrong burner in my stove top and if my husband hadn't been there to correct the error it never would have been completed properly.
Next, if you request a repair there may not be a service person in your area. After working with them for three days, they stated on the second day that they could not find a repair person. They asked me to "find a repair person of my choice and they would reimburse me." Are you kidding? If I had time to find a repair person, I would not have signed up for this service.
So, as it stands today, they have my $75.00 deposit for repair, they cannot find someone to do the repair, and I can fork out more money to find my own repair person and wait for them to reimburse me. Can you smell a scam?
They have repaired one refrigerator for me twice. The second repair may have related to something not done thorough the first time. I felt the repairmen were very professional & good. I am totally unhappy with trying to contact the company, they are almost impossible to contact, at least from my skill level. They just now raised the monthly cost, and I don't think there was any note to say they were going to do that. The men were good, the company seems awful. Sam H.
I have Sears home Warranty administered by CINCH (https://www.cinchhomeservices.com/). Once you open the service request they send it to a local service provider. I am in Chicagoland. Very large metropolitan. Even here the service provider does not come for 2 to 4 days and sometimes 7 days.
My Microwave repair took 5 ore more follow up calls and over a month before it was completely repaired.
Then a 2nd request after few months for Refrigerator repair too 5 follow up calls and more than 12 days before it was repaired.
How can you live without microwave or Refrigerator for 12 days or a month? So they are counting on the fact that you would call a service provider and get it repaired yourself instead of waiting.
I replaced my 70 gallon water heater from my pocket instead of waiting for their service provider who would take 4 days to come and check.
