Mike (Michael) was on time and very friendly. He's delivered to my house before. I ordered from Ridiculous Burgers and was happy with the meal.
I stated there was no service fee and a lower delivery charge and gave themselves a 20%+ tip. Contacted them thru chat and they were useless, sounds crooked to me and will never use this scam again. $29.33 Delivery fee $4.49 Service fee $4.40 Sales tax $2.29 Tip $8.10

Quick service and simple website and app to use. The selection of food is wide and the "popular foods" in each restaurant with pictures aren't fake pictures and recommendations so you just get something. Every time I ordered popular dishes they turned out AMAZING 10/10 no need to yelp every restaurant and dig through reviews! Less popular restaurants don't have a "popular dish" unfortunately
Love Seamless! When I'm working late, they do a great job of delivering to the office. I probably use Seamless at least twice a week, and it's been reliable so far :)
2/3 orders cancelled. Hours of delays. No notification when some orders are cancelled. Some restaurants listed don't exist or don't take orders despite seamless accepting and "confirming" the order. Rude customer service.
The representative (Delia). She helped me a lot to use my promo code. I appreciate her help. She is the best... very kind and genuine girl
Whenever my order is wrong i contact seamless and they refund me. Not sure why everyone else is having issues. But do not call the restaurant because they are going to pull a bunch of crap, and make things complicated. Seamless has been very similar to amazon and does a lot to help the customer. Very good experience!
I love Seamless! Both the app and website are user friendly and simple. The customer support is also great, even though I have rarely needed them.
