Ing and Simon were patient and awesome in helping me with QQ coin reload, especially after a system error causing repeated failures in order delivery the day before. Despite the delay in receiving my coins, and a terrible customer service experience with one of their colleagues, Jason, who was not only unhelpful but placating to the extent of being dishonest, encountering both Ing and Simon turned my negative experience around, hence the positive review. Customer support agents should take a leaf from their book :)
Seagm only wants your money. When you request for a refund, the will hide behind their ToS but none of their ToS clauses say items are non-refundable. Despite having a refund policy, they will not honor it and work with you. Instead, they will ban your account and refuse to work with you for a refund request. Never doing business with them again, good riddance.
It took them 7 hours to give me my fifa 15 coins! Although the y are pretty much the cheapest they take far too long!
Site wants you to spend gold before you can get gold. They expect you to pay AH fee which I would not mind --if they would allow you to list for 6 hours-- however they absolutely demand 48 hours and the last time I put my items up for that long THEY DID NOT EVEN BUY THEM so I -lost- 100 gold to these $#*!faces. Normally I deal in the range of thousands of gold via trade but economy sucks lately so even 300 gold is hard as hell to scrap together without gouging yourself (reselling items you bought for much less than the purchase price you paid)

Thanks for the feedback. FYI, SEAGM does not cover the trading tax for some game and buyers are expected to absorb the fees and taxes incurred during the trade. In this case, it's preferable for you to check the stocks availability with us before you actually list the items in auction house to avoid any unnecessary losses.
