I ordered a large and XL, and the large fit. Instead of paying to return the XL, I accepted store credit and ordered a second suit. I didn't need a second suit, but thought it might be handy. The second suit arrived but was irregular. The bustline is totally crooked. I'll still wear it as a backup, but it's fugly! The "exchange" was final and not refundable.
I ordered 2 swim suits, one is amazingly comfortable and I love it! The other I find the bottoms the complete opposite… they are the same size and style just a different colour. Overall impressed with quality and price. Tracking after it ships needs improvement.

These are so cute and actually great quality! I love my choice and I am so grateful to have finally found a suit that makes me comfortable! The ONLY thing I can think of that would be better is Top and Bottom Size selections. I myself am much bustier of a gal and could have probably gone up one size on the top. But this top still fits much better than the others brands I have tried! Now I will go buy a few more colors!

I ordered based of measurements and the item runs too big but I can't exchange it without having to pay return shipping even thought I had not only paid shipping to receive it but paid extra to expedite. Now I have to pay to send it back? Not fair at all

The refund policy was not a good experience. We as customers should not have to visit our post office to price check how much it would cost to return the item. I will never be ordering again because of this process.
