I received my PF-7 pro model Nov 12 th. I finally had time to unpack it a week ago. It's easy to assemble as the video states & of gd quality. Now, the downfall I've found is that the floorboard does not lock in place as you'd think once it's fully inflated & seems to be about 6" too short from front to back. Furthermore, the seat stability is questionable as it has No place to secure too. The hooking method used to carry it on your back should have been implemented inside the boats floor to secure the seat from moving when you're rowing. I doubt Sea eagle wld be willing to research my idea, implement it or compensate me for it. BUT hey, maybe they will.

Was very satisfied with my 2 Sea Eagle boats until I had a problem with one of the paddles - the pin that attaches the paddle assembly had worn out so the paddle couldn't be used. Contacted Sea Eagle customer service two times and have been ignored both times; not even a confirmation that I had submitted a request for assistance using the contact form on their website. First contact was more than one moth ago. Obviously, Sea Eagle feels no obligation to me, as a repeat customer, to even offer the courtesy of a response. Bottom line: Buyer beware with Sea Eagle after you've given them your $$$.
