I just subscribed and the first thing I noticed is that my boot was delivered 4 days later than what the email said.
The boot itself is not snug, so my foot is swishing inside. With my calves not pencil-skinny, the ankle area is loose and makes it not look so graceful when I'm walking.
It's an 8 and that's the size I usually get all my boots. I'm in Canada, so returning this will cost shipping plus the rate exchange will bring me less money back than what I paid. I really wanted to like this boot since it's pretty, plus the price was very pleasing.
I'll stay for another couple of months to see if I can get a better boot/shoe in the next batch.
I recently sent a large suitcase from hotels in Plymouth to Windsor, UK. I wasn't at either hotel for collection or delivery, so a bit stressed as to how it would go. Absolutely thrilled to arrive in Windsor and find my suitcase there. The whole process was easy. Customer service was brilliant and reassuring every time I called. I was kept informed of delivery progress via emails from Fed Ex (I think). Would definitely use send my bag again. Absolutely recommend. Thank you ;)
This was my first time borrowing a luxury bag from BBOS. The process was streamlined, the platform is very easy to navigate and I was able to track my package. Thankfully I happened to be home when it arrived, I was worried about possibly having to pick it up at UPS if I missed the delivery. The bag was packaged nicely with clear instructions. I did take some photos (kind of like when you rent a car) but the bag is gorgeous and still has that new leather scent.
BBOS's website was easy to navigate and shop from.
I'm thinking of purchasing a Louis Vuitton when I go back to France this spring and am testing out which style I like best.
The ordering process was simple. I wish I could have had navy blue trim... otherwise the bag is perfect.
Beautiful very deel red, very difficult to capture the deepness of the red as the photos came out much more vibrant/bright.
Everything looks good but will only know if it will last once I've started using it.
Customer service was great, these guys where so helpful and communicative when I need more images on the inside and color of the bags.
Could do with a divider compartment inside as this is a big deep bag
