Contacted these guys they said I'd be contacted same day to arrange collection on the following day and they never did. Called a second time and same happened! Not reliable at all and, reading further reviews I am now happy they missed their appointment. Very unprofessional.

Do not EVER EVER EVER use these guys. They farm out the car pick ups to nameless individuals who then don't pay. All emails are ignored and it's up to you to try and chase down payments additionally certificates of destruction are not sent leaving you not being able to prove the car was indeed destroyed and scrapped.
It is an absolute shambles from beginning to end

Asked if they could pick up my sisters car. They gave me a price which was lower than what we were originally offered from another company. As my sister was moving house we agreed to use them as they said they could pick it up earlier. First day was a no show. I called and they said they would call me back. No call back. I called them back and was promised a pick up once again the following day. Guess what... yep! Another no show. Called them again and they gave me a very poor excuse and said i had to see it from their side. Still no call back. Customer service my eye!, Flaming shocking! Finally we agreed on a third date, my sister has to keep travelling to the house as she is no longer there and guess what... yet again NO SHOW! No call for any sort of professional courtesy. Any professional business wouldn't treat their customers in this way. One $#*! up, forgivable, second $#*! up hmm maybe but the third and final answer i got was they wanted my sister to accept £30 less for them to pick it up within the hour. They didn't realise i could hear them talking about it. Disgusting Behaviour! DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE!
