Customer service and professionalism is appalling. My satellite dish was getting no signal and I allowed this company to fix it and was charged £65 with a 2 year guarantee and in less than 2 months I was getting no signal, on contacting them I was given the run around of when they would come out and I had to contact them several times and found they were very unprofessional in their approach towards myself by blaming everything else apart from their poor quality of work. Nearly one week later they said that they were out and that my dish was getting 100% signal and yet again repeating themselves by blaming other factors. I called another company who came the next day and my dish was receiving no signal, so I contacted them again to be told more lies and unprofessional comments. I would not recommend them to anyone and I have reported them to trading standards, but please beware, I paid cash in hand and despite asking twice for a receipt I still do not have one. Avoid them al all costs.
