Horrible horrible horrible!
Horrible horrible horrible! On April 8th I placed an order for matching bands. A 6mm and a 8mm. I was told that the 8mm would be ready in a week and the 6mm in 2-4 weeks. I had them put in writing that they would NOT ship anything from China. They assured me that they customized ALL their work in Canada. After a month I started sending regular emails and Facebook messages asking them what was taking so long. Finally in late May they sent me a tracking number... from CHINA! Not only that but they didn't even make the 6mm! At first they said they would send it but then when I pressed about the China tracking number they got incredibly rude. I asked to just give me a refund and I would return it but they refused, even on the ring they didn't make! It took 86 days to just get the first ring. They did tell me that they made two 8mm rings, but I wanted a 6mm women's ring, not a mans. After much back and forth they agreed to refund my money, but get this... they said I had to wait until Chinas item gets here and I wasn't allowed to open the package and I was to ship Chinas ring to Canada! I also was not allowed to send it ups or fed ex, only regular mail and I was NOT allowed to insure it! Then once they get it back THEY would determine if I had "tampered" with opening the box and if I did then they wouldn't refund my money! Seriously? If the TAPE had been messed with then they get to keep my $153? Omg. I could not believe that these people think that they can lie about shipping, lie about where they are from and lie about how long it would be and then refuse to even make one of the rings AND keep my money! Insane! I had been waiting months! Just to get it over with, I told them I would just keep the 8mm and to just refund me for the 6mm, but again they said NO and they even blocked me on Facebook because I shared this ordeal with friends! They have a physical address in Canada but it's not legit and they also have a phone number but it's not legit either. It's just a generic recording. Their website says they do all their customized work in Canada but use a distribution center in China. So why would they make custom rings in Canada and then when they are finished, ship it to China for China to ship to the U. S? That makes NOOO sense!
I finally had to contact PayPal and FORCE them to refund my money! I agreed to keep the 8mm like I had offered them earlier because I didn't want to wait months to ship it back. So I got my money back for the 6mm and the 8mm came today. I can't believe that they thought PayPal would side with them. The rings I got were ok, nothing spectacular. Just be warned, these people lie and they are nothing but Chinese cons!
