The play, Hamlet, was entertaining and held our attention. The first half was 1 hour and 45 minutes. The second half was 90 minutes. Michael Urie's performance as the lead role of Hamlet was spot on. We sat in Orchestra Row N which was on the far left facing the stage. Our original tickets were supposed to be Orchestra row D. But apparently row D had no 2 seats together. So we were contacted to change seats to row N to get 4 seats together. We were given $20 back per seat as it was further away from the stage. The seat height was about right putting us eye to eye with the actors on stage. Scenery and color were almost nonexistent. The acting made up the difference. Ophelia had a nice singing voice. The actors were handsome and solid in their roles.

Took a little longer than expected, but I received the tickets just fine. Admin fee is high. Mostly everything went fine.

It was an awesome game. Id get tickets from them again. Wish the prices were in Canadian dollars instead of American.

I wasnt really sure how the ticketsless thing worked. When I got to the game they swiped my credit card and printed out my tickets at the door.

I got the tickets when I was suppose and a instant email... thank you for the quality of services provide when I purchased the tickets and the cheap prices.

Great game and the seats were with the price paid. The time it took for the tickets to get to the house was perfect.

Purchased overseas and pur tickets were emailed few days as expected.

I hadn't ordered from Scorebig for a while. Last time it was a bidding process. This price was clear and the ordering was easy. Must admit that I was blindsided by the fairly hefty fee and delivery charge added to the ticket cost. It was almost half the ticket price.

After I synched the ballpark app with the website, the transfer of my Cubs ticket purchase was easy.

It was awesome! Great early comeback by the Angels and they never looked back!

I have purchased tickets from Scorebig.com and have never had any issues aside from their fees that we now have to pay despite not having to prior to 2017. Other than that, as long as they are lower in price than other ticket vendors, I will continue to buy from them. Please consider lowering your fees though!

Good; however, it still weirds me out that some else's name is in the ticket and not mine. It does not feel comfortable.

Us there something that you can do about this. I bet you sales would increase.

Lawn seats were perfect because the weather was Great Refreshments were toooo expensive for even the Rich

Had a good time at the game. Was a bit nervous about whether or not the tickets would be valid after purchasing them. This due to game last year with tickets purchased from Score Big that were not valid when we went to the game and I had to spend another $250 to get in. Never got refunded money as promised.

General Admission seating for this event is awesome. Without the transaction fees, this was definitely a good deal.

Seats were great and we were very happy. Overall the experience was very good. It was easy to get my tickets and we had no problems

Overall a good experience, waiting for tickets to arrive right before the event is a little concerning, I don't understand why it takes so long. The only negative issue would be that the tickets recieved were different seats than what we purchased. The positive is the the seats actually ended up being a little better than we expected. The seats we got through Score Big were great. We enjoyed an unobstructed view of the sporting event we attended. The tickets were sent for immediate download. I would prefer to be advised of the per ticket service fee much earlier in the process, definitely before I give my credit card information.

Bought Dodger tickets and the seats were great. Very happy with the purchase, the process and how easy it was.

Score Big used to set itself apart from the competition with the name your own price feature. Now are you no longer able to name your own price for tickets you have to pay at least $15.00 to have tickets delivered. Even if they are delivered electronically. It costs nothing to have the tickets sent that way.

I understand that the old Score Big went out of business but I don't understand what was wrong with the old business model.

Outstanding Show! Just two things. Not enough womens stalls and the sound could have been a tad bit better.

Hassle free experience. Organized well. Only disappointment was that I couldnt receive a 10% discount on the tickets just after missing offer.
