Easy to choose and purchase tickets. Best price when compared to other sales sources. Will definitely use again.
I bought Coachella tickets for this past April 2020. Coachella ended up cancelled completely this year and the site says 100% refund if an event in cancelled. They will not refund me, saying it's been postponed until 2021. However Coachella always takes place each year so this year is not a postponement it cancelled. Still fighting for a refund.
I bought tickets for a bad omens concert and it took them THREE MONTHS to send my tickets electronically. They waited up until the weekend of the concert to send them and when I called each month they said "the venue isn't releasing these tickets yet". Talk about anxiety central. The tickets were nearly $500 and a birthday gift and I had to wait three months to see if I got scammed or not. I saved about $20 buying the tickets from scorebig but it wasn't worth the $20 for what I paid in absolute stress. All of my friends who bought these tickets from other sites had them sent within 4 days of purchase. DO NOT USE SCOREBIG unless you're cool with your money just hanging in the air for months.
They also didn't send them to my email. They sent them to an AXS app as delivery but didn't say that anywhere while purchasing the tickets. I only found out I had to download the axs app when I called multiple times to inquire about my tickets. Had I not called, I wouldn't have known where they even sent my tickets to.
Sept. 2023.

Firstly they charged much more than the tickets had originally indicated online. When we tried to call to get them to reverse or at least pay back the difference they refused and said all tickets are final sale... even though their site says 100% money-back guarantee. The hockey game we're to attend is tomorrow and I'm not even confident that the tickets are real.
We recently had an event cancelled for tickets we did not receive. I was given 12 hours to respond, which was in fine print, if I wanted a cash refund and not a voucher. I did not see that so I had to talk to my friends to see what they wanted to do. Since that email, I received another one saying I would get a refund and another with a voucher. The refund was offered less the service fees but their website says if the tickets aren't delivered for a cancelled event them no fee will be deducted from the refund. Needless to say, what they did is sketchy at best. I currently trying to get in contact with them, but that is difficulty as well. Do not use this service if you can avoid it.
Don't do business with them they will send you tickets with somebody else's name on them. Will not reach out to you will not refund you. They sent you canceled tickets. Warning the company do not do business with them.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy tickets from them
I was not able to get in the game bc I printed off a copy of my ticket and AA center would not accept it! The box office said I should have received an email from either the team email or Ticketmaster with an electronic scan. I never got one so they would not let me enter. I PAID FOR A FREAKING GAME I DID NOT EVEN GET TO WATCH! VERY DISAPPOINTING! HAD I KNOWN THAT PAPER TICKETS WERE NOT ACCEPTED THERE I WOULD HAVE CALLED AND SET UP THE PROPER PROCEDURE!
I did not attend. The Score site mistakenly sold me tickets and then called to tell me the order was canceled. Meanwhile, I had already bought tickets to the Pregame celebration thinking I was going and the Score rep said to call the ticket provider. Subsequently, I called them and they would not cancel my tickets or give me a refund. Thus I got screwed twice due to Score. Terrible service and I will not be using this source for tickets ever again.
I don't think I'll use this site again, the service fees are insanely high. Ticket master got hit with a class action law suit about a decade ago for the same thing. Their service fees were never even this bad. $50 in fees on 4 tickets. It's ridiculous. The transaction went fine and the seats were decent, but it's not worth the fees. Go with ticket master, live nation or stub hub.
This company over prices all of the tickets and makes you pay a pretty large fee on top of it. My event was canceled due to the COVID shut down and they refused to give me a refund stating that there would still be an event, just pushed to a later date. After my event was completely canceled they sent out an email that gave you three options to choose from. A voucher, a refund, or less delivery fees to your order. BUT if you didn't respond within 12 hours then it was automatically chosen for you as a voucher... only 12 hours is too short of a time frame for most people to respond. The voucher is only good for a year and by the way things are going with this virus I will probably not be able to use it by this time next year. Whenever I have contacted customer service they are extremely unhelpful. I will NEVER buy tickets through this company again and will tell everyone looking to buy tickets to avoid it.
So it was not our first time at the Fox with Suite tickets but most certainly the worse experience ever. The staff for the most part were rude the ushers at least. As I was walking up the stairs after being directed by someone a guy came out of nowhere and rudely questioned where are you going the only seats up here are suites? So I said I know and that's what my ticket says. Just rude, he mumbled something then stepped aside. And then as my daughter jogged to her seat a older lady yelled at her like stop running and then I apologized to her she said nothing. Rudest staff I've ever encounter there.
I bought the ticket for the Vietnam Grand Prix on April 5th 373 €... Today I receive the email with a 1 year voucher of 266 €! I would like to know why! Also I want the money not the voucher...
They kept us in this stupid terrible place for 2 hours and then announced that the game is postponed. No refunds or compensation was offered to anyone. NBA does not care about anyone except for them making money.
Ended up paying £89.50 for two tickets for the Royal Opera House. I phoned the Royal Opera House and was told that the tickets are not valid if they are not purchase from an authorised agent and Viagogo is not authorized. After talking to Barclaycard Visa, fraud department I manage to get the payment cancelled, but I understand Barclaycard are still accepting payments from Viagogo. Surely Barclaycard should not support the behaviour of Viagogo.
So when I ordered tix from Scorebig the website said I would get 10% back on the order. I assumed the discount would automatically apply. Wrong assumption. Turns out you have to jump thru several hoops to get the discount. Well I missed that part and didn't get it. I placed the order and turns out once you do that there is no going back to correct the order. I called to try to get this fixed and "sorry we can't do that". I tried to cancel the order and same thing. So word to the wise... be very careful when ordering from this outfit. I won't ever be using their service again. Complete ripoff. PS: I had to pay for the tix now for a concert a year from now!
This order had BIG problems. Problem 1 when the tickets finally arrived into my wizards app there was no useable barcode. Problem 2 Score big didn't realize this. Problem3 took almost an hour to fix this and wasn't fix till the very last minute 16 hours before the event.
They screwed us over, we bought tickets from them then later received an email saying they needed to verify identification... so we did and heard nothing back. We called and waited on hold for 40 min. By the time we got through the representative said sorry those tickets are no longer available... so we got switched to sales and they didn't have any more tickets available we missed it. If we wouldn't have gotten the run around for two hours we could have gotten tickets elsewhere. I will never use score big again!
I made a mistake and had no way to correct the problem and also had to wait for the tickets a extra long time in order to try and resell them and got stuck with them and could not use them.

My experience at the game was amazing. My experience with Score Big was horrible. Horrible service while calling to talk with them on the phone. They jack the prices up on their tickets ridiculously. I would recommend vividseats to everyone over score big any day. Will never use this company ever again.
Horrible! NEVER AGAIN will I use Score Big. A rip off. Service fee and delivery fees are unrealistic.
1. Service fee of almost $14 per ticket. That total cost equalted to buying two tickets.
2. I had extreme difficulty downloading tickets. Directions were bad. I spent lots of time calling and emailing to get the tickets downloaded. Worse yet I was charged $7.95 for delivery. I should have been paid for the pain I went through.
3. Had trouble reaching customer service representatives.
4. Apps that needed to be downloaded did not do as advertised.
The ticket broker was horrible to deal with didnt receive all the tickets at once. When I reached out to them they told me it was sent... five tickets delivered with three different emails and the tickets were comp.
First, I e-mailed a question about 4 weeks ago to "ScoreBig" and never got a response. Nice business model. Second, I looked on my receipt and it reads that the tickets I purchased were purchased by me for $35. Then on the Invoice for the tickets, it says I was actually charged $40 per ticket. So let's add this up, 3 TIX@ $35=$105. Then there's a bogus "Delivery Charge" of $8. They didn't delivery anything! I printed it off my own computer! Then I get gouged for a charge of $10 per ticket, for who knows what? So even after all of the BS charges, my total bill should have come to $145, MAX! What does ScoreBig bill me for? $160! So in the end ScoreBig tacked on ANOTHER $15 without even specifying or justifying another phantom $15 charge! 3 $35 tickets for $160.
What changed with the company? I used to love doing business with ScoreBig. And what happened to being able to bid for tickets? Now I don't have a choice? The price is $35 or I don't get the tickets? What happened to the bidding process?
I have used ScoreBig from the beginning and have always recommended it to my friends and associates, but no longer. They're no better than the con-artists at "TicketMaster" now. Nickel and diming people with bogus charges! They need to change the name of the company to "TicketMaster Jr." or "ConBig.Com".

I purchased some electronic tickets for a Canadiens game. Upon arrival at the game, I was told that what I had was screenshots of the e-tickets, and not the tickets themselves, which did not work for admission to the game.
Don't don't don't buy from this company! We bought tickets for a Pacers game a month or so ago and they sent our attachment. Turns out the attachment never had a barcode (which I know we probably should had noticed). Well we get to the game tonight (an hour drive taking our son to his first game) and they tell us the tickets will not work. (The $150 tickets BTW) so we call not once but twice and they forward an email with the same wrong tickets and no bar code! Finally it's almost halftime and still no solution. My mom (who gifted us the tickets) finally gets to her email at her work and calls. They forward here email with the RIGHT tickets and barcodes are attached. Of course at this point we were freezing and had finally given up. They wont refund our money since they said we got the barcoded tickets, halfway thru the game! All sales final they said. Seriously! I do understand that some people may change their minds or try to get out of the ticket price but the fact that we called three times trying to get ours and ended up missing half the game (well all of it since we went home) I think it should be refunded! Crazy to waste such money when its not even our fault. Do not buy from them! Or if you do make sure you have checked and called a million times til they get it Right! Really disappointed
If I could post a review! This is crazy to me that we tried all we could to get the correct tickets and didn't receive them til halfway thru the game. And we can't get a refund.
Very Bad Experience! As soon I picked up my Tickets the Event was Canceled! I came all the way from California to Georgia was not able to use for a second! I Emailed Centrix hopeing they would try to make good! All the$$$ I spent, so disappointed!

We ended up purchasing tickets through another site. We originally purchased tickets. When I purchased the tickets through you and the coordinating site, I thought the tickets were to good to be true. My husband followed up with you and the other company. The tickets were confirmed. The following day, I was told I would have to fork out another 5oo or so dollars to have my tickets. I got these tickets to see Golden State play the Wizards for my daughters 17th birthday. I ended up just getting my money back. The following day, I also emailed you, ScoreBig and never received a respond... and What a disappointment. We ended purchasing tickets elsewhere and my daughter had a great time.
