I placed an online order on Dec 12th only to find out the following week it was expected after Christmas so I placed a cancellation on Dec 22 before the product had shipped and they denied my cancellation. The next day my order was shipped with a delivery date for Dec 30th. I placed a claim and requested a refund on the same day, Dec 30. The product didn't arrive until Jan 3. Today Jan 4 I received an email from the claim department stating they reviewed my request and denied it. Then further stating that if I didn't receive my product to contact in 2-3 more weeks. This company is such a rip off. The product I ordered was a Christmas gift and it looked cheaply made and old. The tag at the bottom of the mug was yellowing so I know it was old and the graphics on the mug were so small you couldn't read it. The photo makes it look better than in real time. Waste of money and time.

It makes it hard for people to find this company and I bet it's on purpose. They are the same company that advertises on instagram and other places. These people are a joke. If you have any issues with this company it will NOT be resolved. There is NO ONE to contact with issues. I've had an item returned THREE times and still issue was never resolved EVEN after BBB complaint. These people don't give a CRAP about servicing. My rating is reflective of the whole experience in general. This company does not deserve any stars at all. THE COMPANY GOES BY THE NAME OF SCIENCE MAGIC SHIRTS as well. It's almost impossible to find them and the company info but they are under this name if someone wants to turn in a complaint to BBB.
They have completely refused to respond or address my complaint at all. They just sent their own resolution to BBB without addressing the issue at all. This is a tell tell sign of a company that doesn't give a crap. Not an ounce of crap. Not even the decency to respond directly to the issue.
