Overall i thought i was going to like this product as it seemed to have similar ingredients as another natural deodorant i had been using for a long time but ran out and didn't get it ordered in time and thought i would try this one. However, within about a week of using the lavender one, my underarms developed a bad red rash under both arm pits... Not cool at all! So now i have re ordered my normal one that doesn't make me break out in a rash.

Okay, so I've tried both the regular formula of deodorant and the sensitive formula (both in Lavender). The first time I tried the regular deodorant, I applied it too much. My armpits were black, on fire. So after a small break, I cut down to just pressing it on my skin THREE TIMES. Still got chemical burns. So I researched the ingredients. Because their active ingredient (baking soda) has such a high pH (about 9) and a high concentration, it gave me a chemical burn. So I contacted costumer service to alert them of this. They tried to pass it off as an allergy to baking soda and told me to try their sensitive line, which has the active ingredient of milk of magnesia (pH 10, FIRST INGREDIENT WITH THE HIGHEST CONCENTRATION). They even sent me a free bar to try, which I really appreciated. I even applied it the way they recommended. And at first, it was okay. No sign of a chemical burn, but it didn't last more than four hours on me. With another day's use, it appeared. Another chemical burn, albeit less severe this time. I've been trying for months to get this to work, but it doesn't. It neither lasts or protects my skin. I'm done trying to make this work. Never again.
