Tiffany for Men was the only cologne that my husband used. Unfortunately, they discontinued it. Fingers crossed, I ordered this as a gift and they matched it! Amazing! I plan to purchase here again.
I got my perfume and it smells very close to grass by Gap! It takes a little bit for your perfume to arrive but it's definitely worth the wait! I ordered the Dolce and Gabana for Women ( original red cap). This fragrance was discontinued by D&B several years ago. My package arrived today and I was so happy that the scent smells just Iike I remembered the original.
The fragrance is nothing like the scent I ordered, and the bottle has no spray nozzle or way to access the cologne itself. Numerous email, phone and website form requests have gone unanswered.
I have tried Scentmatchers before & they are dedicated to matching my discontinued scent. The first time I ordered the scent I receive did not smell anything like the original. They offered me a full or partial refund. I opted for the partial because what they sent was pretty, just not what I wanted. The second time, I tried again (same scent). Again, nothing like the original so they sent a sample bottle for me to send them some of the original. They sent another attempt but unfortunately, nothing like the original. They are currently trying again to my specifications of a heavier more woodsy scent as opposed to the light florally scent that was sent. I really appreciciate their dedication to getting it right!

Process was easy but for how much you get for 40 and then 10 extra for shipping that isn't going to be on my front step faster then possible Wednesday is ridiculous
I bought this scent for my girlfriend. She said it smelled nothing like it was supposed to. We contacted scentmatchers and they have done nothing to remedy the problem. Waste of money.

I paid good money for 3 bottles of the reproduction of "SANTANA MUSK OIL" which not only it didn't smell anything like the original but the one they created for me was not a pleasant scent. Perhaps they had no idea of what it was suppose to smell like so instead of letting me know they decided to come up with an irrelevant sent. I will never trust them with reproducing anything for me again.
When we were newley married, ( Now 53 years) my wife was a letter carrier at the US P. O., a lady on her route gave her a gift of Frances Denny Interlude Perfume. We both loved it, it became her signuture scent. Any time we went out people remarked how good it smelled. It, is no longer on the market. I have to go on Ebay to find her scent, and now when I can find it, instead of $35 to $50 per 4oz it is up to $250 to $500 a bottle. How happy I was to be able to get 2-2oz bottles 2- 4oz bottles plus 1 body lotion. And one 4oz bottle cane in a personlized bottle. What probably would have cost me 6 or $700, I was able to buy fro this site for less than $120. Couldn't be happier with this site, delivery, service and scent was perfect. It was easy to order, they made the replica of an older perfume from the 60's that I had loved, communications were frequent and personable and I'd order again. Try them!

If you decide to go against all the many bad reviews (like I did), at least pay with a credit card rather than debit card because you will most likely need to dispute the charges. Order took about a month to receive. Emails were generally answered in about 5-7 days. I ordered a perfume that was on their list of perfumes that "they have successfully duplicated". What I actually received was a bottle of what smelled like nasty old perfume you used to find in dollar stores. The only good thing about the order was it at least shipped in the bottle I ordered. They say if you are not satisfied they will attempt up to three more times to duplicate your scent and if you were still not satisfied THEN they would refund you no questions asked. I got as far as requesting a second attempt and then nothing. I emailed a few weeks later and after about a week of waiting they told me my duplicate wasn't yet made. I asked for a refund and no one would respond. I ended up opening a dispute with PayPal since I used my paypal card for purchase and got all my money back. Just beware that this company will stage their feet in responding so pay attention to dates for disputing purposes.
They say they can reproduce discontinued fragrances. On two attempts they didn't even get close. The fragrance was completely wrong and smelt mostly of alcohol.

I had given this company an unfavorable review regarding a fragrance I had ordered that did not work and had vowed that I wouldn't buy from them again. However, on a recent trip to Italy I fell in love with a fragrance called Lavanda Ambrata that is kind of obscure and quite expensive. I thought I would give scentmatchers another try. I was surprised when they said they could do it and even more pleasantly surprised when it came. I thought I owed it to them to submit another review. I had asked them to make it as strong and long lasting as possible and they did. The only reason I didn't give this one five stars is that I no longer have the little sample I took home from Italy so can't say that this is an exact match. I know that it is close though and for the price difference from the original, I will order this one again.
I was hoping your company would be able to re create the scent. But this smells terrible. I would have liked a better attempt. Not a hint of scent just overwhelming smell of baby powder.

Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
