Had a good experience with this site. Found prices to be very reasonable, actually some of the lowest out there. However, what really got my attention was the level of customer service I received. I had a change of mind on my order and asked for a cancellation. Received a response to my email within 2 -3 hours. The person assisting me was the same through the process. Very nice and helpful. Came back a few weeks later and ordered the same product again, it arrived to my front door very quickly. Very good dealing with scential.com
Stay away from these guys! Ordered a bottle of perfume for my mother on Dec-29-2011 with U.S. standard delivery. It is Jan-9-2012 and not only have I not received it, I have called three times (their voice-mail is always full and not taking any messages) and I have emailed 3 times with not even an acknowledgement from them. It is truly amazing how a retailer can be so incompetent at completing a simple transaction. My biggest complaint is for their complete lack of communication. I have no idea whether this retailer is legitimate or not but do yourself a favor and pay more elsewhere and at least get the product you want when you want it.

No physical address, all your favorite brands at prices that seem unreasonably low... I'd be very very careful using this store!
