VERY DISHONEST/ABUSIVE. Today 8 negative reviews on trustpilot disappeared, including mine as she reported them, I know she lied about me as I saw it. Check out her feefo, trustpilot and google reviews the ones she never managed to get removed. I am not the only one who has a horror story to tell. My items of £140 worth delivered to the wrong address, signed for by god knows who. Scarlett gave me this reply. "Someone took them for you because you were not in, not really the drivers fault you weren`t in, he is collecting them and bringing them to you, maybe he tried and you were not in again! I came home from work yesterday (Thurs) no calling card to say he had been. I did not know he was coming but Scarlett seems to think I should have. Even though I was not informed. I noticed my item stated delivered and signed for in tracking, without even going through the process of where it was, or when it would be out for delivery, it just stated delivered. I do not know the person who signed for my stuff. I called Fedex since Scarlett won't do anything to help me out, I was told there had been a mistake, the driver dropped off my stuff at the wrong address and somebody signed for it, but they would have to go and now pick it up again and re deliver to me. They won't give me the address! I told Scarlett that they then cut me off and I couldn't get through again, I had to ask if she would get in touch with them to tell them that I would not be home from work until 5 today. Then I hear nothing from her probably because she did nothing, so I chase yet again to see whats happening and I just got abuse from her. Below is what she sent me in a 2nd mail... "Yes they told me they cannot guarantee what time they would deliver, no courier will deliver after 5 just for you!" I am outraged at her attitude, siding with a driver who does this with a lot of moneys worth of items, then to give me abuse? What other people are saying in their negative comments is true, she is one nasty piece of work. I will never buy from her again, and I've spent hundreds with her company. I had to bend backwards being polite in order for her to hopefully help me, yet that never worked, she was very awkward and hostile with me from the start. The lies are unbelievable, and the rudeness is beyond belief after what's happened to me. No compassion, no apology nothing. You would think after leaving my parcel at a wrong address, they would at least go out their way to make it right. But nothing. So I still do not know who has my parcel. She seems to think this is just fine though, a total stranger kindly taking in my parcel and signing for it, after Fedex themselves admitting the driver made a mistake and dropped at the wrong address. But she sides with them?. I asked for the address where it is, I could get it myself for goodness sake, but I'm not allowed that information. So I am in limbo. No doubt she will make up more excuses/lies for her and her couriers behavour further to this review as she did with others. I would seriously give this "person" a wide berth. Disgusting beyond belief. I read below she accuses other cusomers of lying, the only person that lies is herself. Read her trustpilot reviews also. She abuses others in this manner too. UPDATE; i called ebay, they told me to open up a case. She responded by giving the tracking number lol pretending she doesn't know the full details of this case. Then she said this: "customer very unreasonable and nasty, demanding delivery after 5pm, which is unreasonable" so I showed ebay the mail as proof that I was polite, in asking her if she would call fedex to tell them I was at work until 5pm, I didnt want them re delivering while I was not there. Again. But then my daughter was kind enough to travel to my house and stay in from 2pm till I came home from work, and they never turned up. UPDATE called fedex again today, (Mon) my parcel had been delivered to BP oil company and signed by somebody at their reception. I find out via them she asked them to send it back to her, without even informing me. She knew I took the a.m. off work and never told me. Put my review on trustpilot lastnight, she reported it, lied yet again & it got removed (Wednesday) how many others are there? And, this is a GENUINE review, unlike the fake ones she gets trustpilot to insert.
