Scaffidi

I took my car to Scaffidi to have them check out some issues while the car was still under warranty. Well, they checked a couple and ignored the rest! I wrote to the manager and heard nothing, so I wrote to the Ford Corporate office. They sent back a letter saying they would check into my concerns and have one of their managers "reach out" to me. This "person" was a $#*!! She did not want to address my issues at all. Why issue warranties if you do not honor them? And there was a part that was on order for months and months that I had asked if a non-Ford service place could install since I had no faith in Scaffidi and they are the only Frod service place near me. Of course, she was nasty about me even asking this. I will never set foot in Scaffidi again - even though I have been a Ford owner almost my entire (66+) life.
