It was easy to pick up my ticket vouchers from them. I called and told them what shows I wanted to watch and how many tickets to get. They picked the hotel for me and it was very nice with free hot breakfast (Grand Palace). I'm not sure but I think it's first come first serve when you take your voucher into to the ticket office to get tickets because we had front row seats at all 5 shows we went to and we were always 30 minutes early. You don't have to do the timeshare preview they offer but you will pay more for your package. You can save a lot of money by going to a 2 hour preview. And remember you don't have to buy anything from them. Just put your time in. Save on Branson saved me $600.00. This included 4 tickets to Dolly Pardons Stampede, which is a great experience.
This business lied to us about everything. Including "the upgraded" hotel. Gave us all the vouchers for shows and never asked for my partners I.d. Sent us to presentation at 2 different locations where we were disqualified so to her I.d. Very rude woman works there and we ended up having to give up some of the show vouchers and pay another $89. We had driven for 7 hours. The hotel was disgusting the door to bathroom was broken and they finally gave us an xtra blanket for my daughter after 2 days of repeatedly asking for it. The tv volume was messed up and would go loud and then low volume. Very small pool that had so much chlorine I had an asthma attack. It was filled with teenagers who were rude. Had to park in the back which was down a hill so had to walk all the way around to enter. We had to give back vouchers because we were not qualified for their bull crap presentation. Avoid this company Save On Branson and use one of the other companies that are better customer friendly.
I am very disappointed in this company I called made arrangements with them and it all was good till I showed up and got my package. We were to stay at the lodge of the Ozarks with 2 queen beds instead we got put at the grand view inn with only a king bed. For what I paid them and what I got don't even equal out. I got ripped off I didn't even get the whole package that we had discussed over the phoneI could've come out alot cheaper if I would've paid for everything separate and would've been happier with my stay. So So So disappointed. I would /will never ever recommend this company to anyone
It cost me 390.00 to book a two night stay with 2 tickets to shows at Branson travel office (BTO) Please refer to my review of BTO. Save On Branson has the same offer for 159.00. I wished I had booked with Save On Branson not BTO. Too bad for me.
I recently took my daughter and 2 grandsons (8 mo & 2 yr old) on a trip to Branson & Michelle Lippincott from Save on Branson helped select shows that the boys would enjoy. She hit it out of the park! The boys we kept entertained and their face showed it all. Thank you Michelle! We went to Amazing Pets, Dixie Stampede, Wild World and Silver Dollar City.
I have not went to your presentation yet, as, as my 2 daughters and I are coming to Branson 10/03-10/10/2020. We were thinking of contacting Save on Branson. I would certainly HATE to have had an experience such as some of the reviews. My luck is that I would have a BAD experience just like some of the others. I'm sure you do not guarantee a great experience. Airen, from your company did call me and I told her I would get back with her, but I forgot.
Michelle Lippincott was fantastic and awesome getting us a good deal for a last minute vacation getaway. She accommodated everything of our rooms our tickets and our attractions and she was so helpful and so kind and such a blessing. She booked everything for us and we didn't have to worry about anything since it was a last minute decision to get a way. Michelle is such a friendly person.
Purchased show tickets and silver dollar tickets. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase silver dollar tickets through these thieves. Buy from Silver Dollar City directly. In the event of bad weather, etc. The tickets offered through these thieves offer no recourse. Amanda was the one who sold these tickets. We hit bad weather and Silver Dollar City would have provided us recourse if we did NOT purchase thru 3rd party. Live and learn, stay clear of these people.
Our family of 13 (children, grandchildren, in-laws) spent from July 25 to July 30th, 2021 at Pointe Royale Condominium Resort in Branson. We were warmly greeted and had 2 very nice units, one a 2 Bedroom Deluxe and one a 3 Bedroom Deluxe. The pool, hot tub and fitness center were a great asset to our family. We enjoyed 3 scheduled activities--The WhoDunnit Hoedown, REZA, and Sight&Sound Theater of the story of Jesus. We also enjoyed the Titanic Museum and several restaurants. We really have to give a shout out to Sue Reed who helped me arrange all of this. Without her help I don't think I would have been able to put everything in place, since we had to make several changes, due to the large number of people we were trying to accommodate. She was very courteous and helpful every time I spoke with her! Thanks again Sue!
Lied about our accommodations and I had to pay for upgrade to what I had originally requested and they acknowledged they had booked. Lied about show ticket seating for the primary show we came to Branson to see. They did NOT book our seating in the section we requested and as a result we spent the first half of the show UNABLE to view 50% of the stage and performance. During intermission we found unused seating in our requested section and moved. DO NOT TRUST THE SALESPEOPLE. VERIFY EVERY DETAIL OF WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. It takes us 7 hours to drive to Branson and we feel Save On Branson ruined our vacation.
Book my trip in March 2018 for June 22 through June 25 2018 confirmed a day or two later. Four shows and motel four nights They will take care of everything. They lied they didnt do a thing till we got there on june 22. We almost didnt get a room at the motel only had 3 left but not the one we wanted. The show tickets were in the middle of the theaters or at the side. The arrangements were't made untill we got there at 1:15pm so we had to take what they could get at the time. Makes me mad they are allowed to operate like that with out a care to the customer, and if you say anything the only thing they have for you is a weak SORRY you know what you can do with your sorry. We won't be back poor VERY POOR SERVICE...
I'd like to hear from the owner. Place has no compassion or understanding of medical needs. I still was charged 99.00 plus additional $222.00 dollars
Can someone contact me?!
The JESUS show was the BEST! Great, phenomenal production.
Second best that we saw was THE HAYGOODS. They are extremely talented!
The COMEDY JAMBOREE needs some HELP! It didn't have enough COMEDY and way too much singing and dancing! If you want a variety show, choose a different one. If you want COMEDY, definitely keep looking!
Low cost and perfect seats. If you are unsure of what to see and do. Just ask your salesperson, they recommended the best shows.
Great place to do business with - great prices and awesome customer service - they help you make those memories
Avoid this company like the plague. This company operates the website bransonshows.com. I mistakenly purchased tickets from their website for the Branson Belle. Believing I was purchasing directly from Belle's website, I accidentally clicked on bransonshows.com. I purchased four tickets (2 adults and 2 kids) for a total of $255. After my purchase, instead of receiving the tickets digitally, I received an address on where I could pick up my tickets: 3608 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO *******. When I went to pick up my tickets, a guy immediately tried to sell me a timeshare for Wyndham. He offered me a $100 American Express card, a $100 dining voucher, and a free night stay in their resort. I declined and took the tickets I had purchased. When I got to the Belle, I realized that I had paid $135 more than the actual cost of the tickets. I called the company's customer service and was informed that they charged a "service fee" for the tickets. At this cost, the "service fee" came out to $33.75 per ticket. Being practical, I asked only that they refund me the service fees on each ticket, so that I would only pay the actual price for the tickets. A few hours earlier, they were offering things of value if I listened to their timeshare presentation. Now, the $135 difference seemed hard for them to offer. They refused to refund me anything and said that I had reviewed their terms when I purchased the tickets. That is a bold-faced lie. I have copies of the emails I received from them, as well as the charges they put on my card. I'm definitely not done going after this company. I just hope I can warn enough people to make up for the losses I experienced.
This is my 2nd time to use this company to purchase tickets. The first time I had no problem, and was happy when ordering my tickets. This time, I ordered more tickets, and had ask for seats close to the front of the theater, if there was no an extra charge for the tickets, which there wasn't. I received the confirmation on the 3 shows that I had ordered through an email. When I looked, the one show, they did not have the seating area confirmed, as they told me they would when I talked to them. I was a little upset, and talked to a gentleman the next night, and he seen that this one show the seating had not been confirmed as yet. He then told me he would call the theater the next day and get the seating confirmed and let me know what he found out. Since I had not heard from him after a certain amount of time, I wound up talking with a 3rd person from when I had started out ordering the tickets. She then told me she would call the theater, and call me back with the confirmed seating arrangement. She did call back in about 5 minutes, and gave me the answer I was hoping to get when I first was told where the seats would be, but it was not confirmed on the confirmation paper I had received by email, only the confirmation number. After her call to me I was HAPPY! Then the man who I had talked to last night, not knowing the other lady had confirmed the seating arrangement to me today, called me also to confirmed this. I just wanted to say, they DID follow through with what they said they would do. Now, I know they would like for a person when ordering tickets to listen to a talk when coming to Branson, and they would give you more tickets or tickets to restaurants, etc. I just told them I did not have the time, and Sue the first person I talked with, did NOT push me any further into doing anything else, other than ordering the tickets. I just want to say, the 3 people I wound up talking with, even though there was a misunderstanding, everything was cleared up, and I will be ordering tickets from them again!
