I bought what I thought was a TEAL romper. I received an OLIVE imposture. When I emailed about it, I was told by customer service, they say in the fine print they use filters, so I should just accept it. How can anyone know what they are getting if they are advertising a false color?! And I can't even return for store credit because of a coupon code. So I have a $60 drab, Olive romper. They lost a long time customer.

Don't order from here. One they only leave postive reviews up and not negative so you can't really get a true idea before you order. Also customer service isn't the best. They will not let you return items. Only for store credit and if you don't like anything you're out of luck than.

The 2nd dress I tried had so much glitter when I put it on I found glitter throughout my house which is not something I will enjoy but will keep the dress due to the return policy or give it to someone else. I originally purchased the Ivory Midi Dress With Crochet Hem in a medium (medium is standard for me). Beautiful dress. The top area fit perfectly but the waist/hips and thighs were way too tight and unflattering -- since it left nothing to the imagination. I checked the dimensions later on this dress and the hips portion was much smaller than a normal medium. You can only get in-store credit, you have to pay shipping to return it, and you don't get the credit on the original shipping amount. As beautiful as some of these dresses are I will not be shopping here in the future.

I have no idea why people are leaving such horrible reviews because I had nothing but a great experience with this boutique! They always have cute dresses and tops and I bought probably around 4-6 of them and all were of high quality! Plus, very fast shipping and customer service is always very responsive and helpful. I have nothing to complain about so far. Will for sure purchase from them again.

After purchasing my order my dress came in 4 days! The website said their regular shipping in 2-3 days even though mine came in 4 I was still impressed. My dress was almost $50 and the quality was pretty decent and it was actually quite heavier than I thought it would be and with some cute wedges the length of the dress was perfect! I got sooo much compliments the night I wore it! And a bonus they give you a sucker! Now what kind of online store sends a sucker with your package!? I was a very happy customer! :)

I have ordered at least ten dresses/jumpsuits from this company. I kept most of them. My sis stet has done the same. We had several family functions to attend including two weddings. We were both wearing outfits from Saved by the dress and were given SO MANY compliments! The items we returned were handled expediently with great customer service!

Buying online should be easier mainly clothes because you don't know how they are going to fit - first time that I buy - never buying anymore - dress did not fit well, I paid to send the dress back (ok), they never returned my money - they provide store credit -
Buy from websites where you have the flexibility to do such a thing. Here, they will keep your money.

I received a poor quality dress, asked for a refund and was told I would ONLY receive in store credit. Their return policy isn't widely posted across their page. Their page states they accept returns but doesn't specify that you will only receive in store credit until you dig. Also you're responsible for paying shipping. I paid $8 shipping to have the dress shipped to me, and I would have had to pay $20 in shipping to send it back to them. That's $30 in shipping, HALF of what I bought the dress for all for in store credit to buy another poor quality dress. I would not recommend using this company.

I ordered a size large as my boobs are on the bigger size. According to their size chart chest measurements, I should be a medium. My chest size is 36. I went up to a large and the garment is still too small for the girls. I emailed the company and their response was I should have measured myself. I stated in my email what my chest size was, what their chest size was for the product but it is still somehow my fault. I have ordered 4 dresses from this site, all have the same problem fitting the girls. I am having to pay to return all these dresses with only store credit back. I would not recommend using this site unless you have a model size body that fits into everything perfectly.

I'm just about to make my fourth purchase. I've never had any issues and my only problem is they're constantly adding new cute dresses I have to spend my money on.

I ordered a really cute dress from Saved by the dress for my birthday in April. I have had no problem with shipping carriers delivering to my house. It was suppose to be delivered the day before my birthday, which I was super excited! I looked everywhere! It was nowhere to be found. I have sent multiple emails regarding a claim to be filed. I was told that they wont be able to help with the "Lost" Package, which i totally get. But Going back and forth between them and fedex was a HUGE headache. I cant be given any information as the "buyer" only the "seller" can handle the claim. I called fedex one more time, just to understand what's going on with the claim since it's been about two months. Well... comes to find out Fedex had sent a credit to Saved by the dress and they are refusing to refund me for my birthday present I bought myself that I never got. It's a shame to have cute clothes but crappy policies. I will never shop here and would never recommend anyone to shop here.

This company took pictures off of shop bop and put them on their site. The shop bop dress was $700 and this company is selling their dress for $54. Definitely not getting the $700 dress! Scam!

I've purchased a few things from here and they were great. Recently, the product quality has gone down significantly. I purchased a dress for a wedding that looked great online. When I received it the dress was see-through and there was a hole in it! Poor quality! I sent an email and the customer service rep said they don't accept clothes back with holes and they only give gift cards. I specifically stated that I was highly disappointed with the quality and was not satisfied. I wrote a review for the dress and they never posted it. Only positive reviews are posted. Not negative, so you are not getting a correct view of what the quality of the clothes actually are. Spend your money elsewhere.

I order 4 dress small size and it won't feet. I return they charge me $20 which is not right. Not worth it to buy online socially saved by dress.

I pray consumers do their homework and stay away from this company. They offer NO REFUNDS! Who would take a risk on buying an expensive gown without trying it on. They claim to offer store credit (which is unacceptable if returned within 30 days unworn) but NO refund or store credit on most gowns! They say it's a "final sale" item on the invoice you receive. Just bad business practices all around! With so many other companies offering full refunds if dresses don't fit... stay away from this one!

Their dresses come straight from overseas and smell like chemicals. I wore a dress once, washed it according to the instructions, and it shrunk so bad that I could no longer wear it. They refused to help me by either replacing it or letting me order another one. Why not stand by your products? I'll never order from them again.

It's my fault for not reading the return policy before buying, but I got my dress and it doesn't look as pretty in person as it does IRL. I'm highly disappointed that a store that sells dresses, knowing women come in all shapes and sizes does not offer returns in case a dress doesn't make them feel good about themselves. Do not buy from this company; you WILL be buying sight-unseen (without trying it on) with NO chance of getting a refund if you need it. They only give store credit; what if none of their other items fit you good? I just lost $92.00. Stay far, far away.

I was looking for a dress and thought I found one here. The dress arrived and was different than what the picture showed. I did not realize that they have a terrible returns policy. I had to get a label for the return and pay for it out of pocket. I tracked it because they already state that they take no repsonsibility if there is no tracking information. I received an email stating that they will not return my money but give me a gift card. I explained that I did not trust their website because the dress looked different and I wanted my money returned. They refused to do so. Please be advised, there returns suck, that the dresses are cheap and scratches, and their customer service is ridiculous. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! As an update they continue after months of fighting to return my money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I was excited to purchase two dresses for my upcoming trip in May. When I recieved my dresses, they were not exactly as expected. One did not fit. I had used a $15 coupon and spent $91. I had not noticed that only store credit was issued on a refund. I returned the $64 dress at the end of May. I never saw an email for the return and I expected a credit on my account. I contacted them now, in July, and was told that once they received my return, I would get the credit. After sending them the tracking number and telling them that they had alread recieved it, I was issued a credit of $54.94. It seems that the coupon that was used on my purchase was voided, even though I bought another dress. I have contacted them several times and they are unwilling to give me FULL credit for the dress that I returned. What a lousy policy and a terrible way of doing business. It is bad enough that I cannot get my money back. Now I cannot even get FUll credit for my return. I would NEVER recommend them.

After spending over $200 on clothing from this so called "online boutique" I was so disappointed to receive one dress with a HOLE in it and another was completely unlike the description. The other items just weren't the quality you'd expect when paying that much money. Their products are cute online until you receive it and realize it's extremely terrible quality juniors clothing. No point in buying here when you can get the same quality at Marshalls/TJ Maxx (or even Target) for literally half the price. And BEWARE... They DO NOT offer refunds! Store credit ONLY. I was FINALLY able to get my money back after much back and forth with this company. Simply put - STAY AWAY!

I ordered a very bright orange dress and when it came in it was peach color at best. No bright at all. Of course they don't give refunds, only store credit.
I will never buy from here again.
