10 ten ago made an order of $110. They have never sent a letter to say it was shipped. Now they are not answering the. Do not order from them. There are many companies on the internet now whom are dishonest. Be careful buying anything online. The Naples Police also will NOT assist with filing criminal complaint.
These guys really provided me with a hard-to-find item. While serving with 4th Battalion/160th SOAR out of Fort Lewis, I needed an extra flash for my beret. I'm the type of guy who likes to be prepared and have extra items lying around just in case I need to replace something. They were the only website that had the 4/160th flash. Thank you so much!
When ordering Subdued Patches, be sure to check for velcro backing. All of my Subdued Patches were missing the velcro and were therefore useless. The front of the Patches were also very low quality. The outline of shapes were not crisp --looked like an out-of-focus photo. Again, basically useless products. I wasted my money choosing these guys.
Avoid this merchant if at all possible. Their "takes 24 hours to ship" is a complete fabrication, my order has taken 2 weeks and counting and still hasn't shipped. After a week and a half I was finally provided a tracking number for USPS (I paid extra for faster shipping and got USPS) and the status is still sitting as "Label Created"
Giving this company a few more days to ship this order before I dispute with my credit card company but seriously avoid this seller and website if at all possible.
Search for Saunders Military Insignia's Better Business Bureau webpage to get a good idea of the customer service (or lack thereof) for small and large ticket items. Their BBB grade is an "F" for a reason. They are unwilling to communicate for a refund on a damaged insignia and refuses to communicate with the BBB who attempted to act as an intermediary. Buyer be warned!
Early January I placed an order for 3 flight jacket leather name tags. They were really nice and easy to work with.
Now that we're sneaking up on April and many conventions I still don't have my purchase.
At first they would reply" well check on that or it's up next, should be shipped soon." Now they don't even bother to reply to me. I've asked several times for a refund and now they're silent. The name tags I guess can be replaced. My $90 they still haven't refunded I guess is gone.
