Saufennel

I've been eating fennel after meals since one of my ayurveda teachers first introduced me to it. It really helps me with digestion. Fennel helps decrease constipation and GERD because it contains a compound that relaxes GI spasms. At first, I would just buy the candy coated kind off Amazon or from an Indian Grocer, but I found these were more candy than fennel. Sometimes there wasn't even any fennel inside some of the candy coating! So then I switched to just straight fennel seeds, but that was kind of boring, and I found myself no longer reaching for fennel after a meal, which my stomach was not happy about. Enter Saufennel! Their mixes are just so delicious that I honestly look forward to eating them after a meal as a treat. They keep me from reaching for candy too. They have just the right amount of sweetness, and there's a sugar free option too. I have far less bloating after meals, and my tummy is happy! The items I ordered arrived fast and were clearly packaged with care. The jars are also so gorgeous you'll want to reuse and display them!
