Just days after I ordered on RAV Real American Voice they state you get a solar charge pack and bugout bag which I didn't receive. I am hoping to get these items as part of my order without cancelling, returning my sat phones and then reordering..

Would have been better if someone actually answered the chat instead of try to schedule a time in the future

Had difficulty with payment and with the cart listing all of the quotes that were given, with no way to delete the ones that I didn't want.

haven't even used the phone yet. Would be better to ask for a review upon my return from renting it.

Disappointed in Chat line and telephone sales reps. Both times almost rented item that would not work for my conditions.

Nicole provided good information via chat. The web page did not work initially as I was getting a blank page every time I attempted the transaction. I called and texted for assistance and I was put on hold several times by Sue. Then, she asked me for my phone number to have someone to call from California. The person that called me back did not show any interest to address my call. I decided to finalize the transaction through the internet since the person in the phone was not helpful. Your business has a lot of potential but needs improvement with customer service. Nicole was the only one who represented your business very well. Kudos for Nicole.

Prices are good. But it's really bad to get in touch with someone. Specially when working with someone in particular. I tried contacting the staff to acquire a unit but they couldn't get to me right away. The person asked to return my call in the next 5 mins approximately. But 5 minutes turned into more than 5 hours. If it wasn't because I was really in the need I would not have buy the unit from this place.

Way, way too much hassle. And WAY overcharging for shipping, a fun surprise only once at the payment page. Better be on time.

Easiest site to use that I found. Did a good job of explaining everything I was paying for(except the shipping was more than I expected). Competitive price.

It was a bit confusing. I clicked on my orders and was only shown the order. I was expecting to go to my shopping cart. Also, I tried to do the purchase as a guest but because you had my email in your system, I had to stop part way through the process and create an account.

Renting from you again will depend on service while I have the phone. I gave a 3 to experience because I started a chat and asked 2 questions. One question was answered. I waited and didn't get an answer to the second question so sent it again. Still never answered.

I have been looking at this site for a few days trying to figure out what would work for my lifestyle. Hopefully I have found exactly what I need but I will know as soon as it arrives.

The only reason I didn't go to another website when I realized I have to pay for rental after sending the phone back was because this was my last option. Shipping is also very expensive.

I was disappointed that the lowest available shipping charge was $29.95, for a $40 item... I would have been happy with USPS priority mail

I'm expecting all the normal accessories to make the phone work including a battery and charger but the site was not clear to me about what will come in the mail and what accessories are "extra".

Multiple time I reviewed my order and between the rollover fee and the fee for a US number was missing. I took a total of 3 attempts.

Shipping on rentals isn't clear, and the website doesn't like Firefox. Had to switch over to Chrome to finish the transaction.

Tyler never followed up with a call to me. Some of the chat is never followed up. I will provide more once I have experienced the quality of the device.
