Is there actually a "Satellite Direct"? None of the shortcuts on its site work and I have no way of contacting them. Total Scam as far as I am able to determine

It went out during storms but that is to be expected... It was weird though on how random days it would just go on and off. I mean they are not horrible. I would just say okay, I like FIOS
