I have had the misfortune of ordering online prior to the Covid pandemic becoming a lockdown situation. I have inadvertently been refunded my money for my purchase but I had in error resent that money to the company. I have been attempting for the past 8 months to get my refund returned from the company or to have my purchase shipped to me. I have had absolutely no response from the support team or the company itself. I have contacted the company on several occasions via email to try and find a solution but no one has gotten into contact with me. I do believe that the statement based on satisfaction of your clients maybe biased as it has taken me 8 moths to write a review, perhaps other customers just do not fee it is worth their time to write a review. I have been advised to take this matter further and have taken this legal advise seriously.

They are the worst customer care I've seen. I purchased a few shalwars and paid separate shipping for each but they sent them all as one package. Later they stopped email to all my enquiries about the shop credits. I am very disappointed with their way of business.

I have just received my order and guys thanks for the great job. I have bought salwaar kameez online from other sites but this is the best in terms of quality and the stitching. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Poor quality of some fabrics. Poor quality control checks - fabrics frayed in some places. No value for money considering shipping and customs. A waste of good money. No follow up after enquiries about returns within 24 hour period. They do not follow their own returns policy.
