I rarely meet a company today that has so little problems that when there is need for customer service the owner and manufacturer handles it personally. He told me from the beginning they have stood by their products so much that they publish his personal cell number to the public. I damaged my own Jack Pot by not securing it to my 4 wheeler properly. He personally met with me and offered to fix it. He said if he could not, that he would get me a replacement at his costs. I BROKE IT. He fixed it no charge and then told me to call him anytime if I ever needed to. No wonder Saratoga Jacks has 5 star reviews everywhere I could find info about them online. Saratoga Jacks Thermal cookers are cool... but the Jack that makes them is just a cool guy!
