Lived in NC since 1993. Went to San Remo Italian Grill on special occasions and even ordered take out from them. Never had any issues/problems until 01/17/2013 when we placed an order for delivery. Account information provided was not entered correctly so the order total was declined until we requested it be Processed again, wrong exp. Date had been entered? Food order placed was not what we received? Item ordered was not available due to packaging issues so we settled for an alternate item? Aluminum food containers were packaged without the plastic lids closed securely so half the food spilled out into the plastic (Lowes Food) grocery bags? We did tip the delivery person. We did contact San Remo Italian Grill to file a complaint however the issue/problem was left unresolved?
