They never refunded my money for an order that I returned nor did they respond to emails regarding my order after initially approving the return. However UPS tracking says they signed and received my return. I am out of $400 and have nothing to show for it. I would strongly advise NOT using their site, unless you have money to burn.

I usually use other hair sites bc I get my items within 1-2 days of order since they ship the same day. Decided to use Sam's bc the shipping was cheaper at the moment. $4.99 vs $8.99. Had I know shipping takes about 5 days, I would have just paid the extra $4 on my usual site. Other than that, no complaints.

Sam's Beauty work on your shipping time please! Your competition is beating you there!

I placed an order and about an hour later I decided I wanted to change the color of the product I ordered. I contacted customer service but did not receive a reply until hours later. By that time, they told me that the order had been sent to their warehouse and it was too late to make a change to it. I asked if I could do an exchange once I received the product but was informed that I would have to pay for the shipping again and I could be subject to a restocking fee even if the package was unopened. When I received my order I was not happy about either product. I tried to go to the website to leave a review but every time I tried to submit the review, I received an error message. I hope it's just a glitch on the website and not intentional. Customers should be able to leave reviews for products so that the next person knows all of the pros and cons.

The first time I made a purchase with Sam's beauty it was earlier this year. I didnt have a problem with the ordering process and my wig came in a few days. However, the wig was extremely big and didn't fit my head. But the frontal was really nice and it looked so natural. Now, my second purchase which was 8/2/2019 and currently I'm still waiting on a tracking number. I did call customer service and the representative told me that they were sold out on the hair color I wanted. However, they had it in a different color(which was ok with me). She then apologized and told me that I would receive my tracking number today. 8/7/2019. The website should of displayed that they were out of stock in that particular color, instead of allowing customers to still purchase. I will come back and give an update once I receive my order.

I placed an order on the 29 of November 2018. For some reason the order was delivered and then returned to this seller's company without my knowledge and permission. I have been begging for my refund ever since.

What I hate most is, if is me that return it then sure go ahead and remove return fees, but hey I ain't the one who returned it. I NEVER received package. Now I asking for my refund is another problem!

GOT my refund, and 40% removed for restocking and returns. I honestly find that percentage to be a huge rip off and if you have to consider, NO one would like to be reaped off like that. The bible spoke of Honest business & also treat others as you would like to be treated. This is the 2nd time its happening to me from THIS company, and it surely won't be happening to me again.

I won't lie, they do have good products, and I very much liked some. I even over looked some of the faulty products I gotten from them but right now, that's a final straw. This restocking fee is absurd, especially for persons like me whose salary is small and have to lost that big a chunk of it to a company like that!

Tip for consumers:
BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT ITEMS YOU SHOP ON THERE AND HOW MUCH MONEY YOU USE ON THIS WEBSITE, IT AIN'T A GUARANTEE TO GET A REFUND!!!

I've only ordered from Sam's Beauty twice! Usually, I would order from hairsisters.com and beautyofnewyork.com I started ordering from Sam's Beauty because my cousin recommended it to me! The first time I visited the site I was pleased at how low the wig prices were, but the shipping took about 7 days. I ordered from the site again and I still haven't received my package. Also, some of the wigs that I received from the site did not look the same when I got them. I am very impatient, so I wouldn't recommend it if you are just as impatient as me because they do not update the shipping process. I do like some of the products, but I will say there is a big difference from Sams beauty supply store online and if you just go to your local supply store. Online you have better options and you're paying the same prices so it's the same but all in all I'll stick to going to beautyofnewyork.com

I ordered 3 different types of crochet hair, a total of about 7 packs totally about $57. I received my package in a reasonable amount of time but the colors were nothing like I ordered, 27 and red. I was told I have 14 days to send it back for a refund but I had to pay $13 to send it back plus a 20% processing fee. I just sent it off today so I'll be expecting my money in a couple of weeks.
