I went to the addison location on belt line and Tia was so incredibly helpful and nice! She told me all the deals and helped me pick out specific products. She also was able to help every other customer in the store without taking too much time with anyone. Very knowledgeable and very kind. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!

Yesterday afternoon I found myself in need of some products from Sally's in Crossroads Pkwy.
Due to some health issues I called ahead and asked if I could do curbside. A lady by the name of Dallas answer the phone. She was very eager to help me and very professional and kind. I want to say that it was an extremely pleasant and helpful experience! I want to thank Dallas and her team assisting me in getting exactly what I needed! Thanks again!

I believe that this was the best service I have ever received, and believe me, I am very picky about EVERYTHING. This is only because I am a customer service specialists who specialize in these things, so the first thing I do when pull up is automatically look around the lot to make sure it is kept up and maintained, then I proceed to the front door where I wait to be recognized and I start timing them immediately, once I am acknowledged I walk around and look for organization and cleanliness, is the associates keeping the shelves stocked? Are they staying busy? How well do they communicate and observe me try to see if maybe I need help? Then I rate them, appearance, attitude, did they offer me a promo or anything of the sort. Well. Let me tell you, the manager was there and forgive me but I forgot the lovely ladies name, it has been so long, but anyways, the lot was clean and free of debris, walked in got greeted as soon as I stepped foot in, and even though she was busy stocking shelves, cleaning, and organizing, she still took the time to attentively help me and listen to all my petty questions. In the end, she offered me a discount card and a membership for free as well as a five-dollar credit for the next visit. She was wonderful and that was the very best service I think I have ever had.

I purchased the large orange curl rods. They arrived within a few days in time for me to use them over the weekend. After washing my hair and applying foam to roll my hair in a twist out style the results were better than expected. The curls were bouncy and just the right size. I will also try smaller rod sizes as I experiment with different styles from herinvestingthings.com

I can't express enough how much I love sally beauty. Anytime I want good hair products for my naturally curly hair I go there. They have a wide selection of products so I'm sure you can find something. They also have amazing offers and coupons so you don't have to spend a lot.

I was just like to know, why you have to get the same free tote when getting thing you get. I know you have to get a tote for the pro, each tote are not the same... i have get two at the same time, i asked clark why i have to have the same one, she side what ever the tote is with what you paid for. I guess what i'm trying to ask is yes i did two so why did i have to get the same one, the tote are same price. I could if i only had got one, then it would be what the card had said,

If you want to dye your hair, this is the place to go! Tons of options in a wide variety of colors, including vibrant blue, purple, pink, and so many more. The hair dye at Sally's isn't as harsh as the boxed dye you can get at other places. I especially love the Argon Oil and Ion dyes.

I have a Sally's Card so it saves a ton when you combine it with the coupons you get in the mail. My husband has been dying my hair for over 15 years but he uses professional dyes. I go get it cut professionally but he takes care of the color which honestly is a bonding experience. I buy Seche Vite & Essie & Opi nail polish and all my other polish products there. I bought my latest blow dryer there. The clerks are always polite and quick to help you. Great place!

Last week I bought two hair color cremes and received as a free bonus a developer for each. The customer service is very helpful and helped me find the right products. The return service is fast and painless. 85% of the products I purchased from this store are great and of high quality. Rare are the occasions I meet a product that's bad. Yet, I don't worry much about that as I can return stuff easily without hassle. Sally Beauty is definitely worth a visit if you need beauty supplies.

I ordered something on the 4th of December and have been waiting ever since for a tracking number. My order is still "being processed" and it's been over a week. I'm sorta stressed cause I spend over 100 and need it before Christmas. I'm pretty sure I'm not getting it on time and I even tried emailing the store company but I never got my confirmation to it or a response. I'M STRESSED, I dont mind waiting days or weeks for my order but Its starting to feel like I'm never receiving them lmao. I love the store. If ever I need help the employees are soooo helpful. They always have great products and great prices. I pay for theor membership and it is worth it. I get cheaper prices and save so much so the membership pays flr its self in the first or second trip. They have so many products too. I am not a fan of their website. I hope that they make it easier to navigate soon.

I tried a few of their products. One of those which I like the most is the curly cream. I didn't think there are such creams that can make real curls. BUt this one is rather effective, and not expensive.

The employees were so patient and kind they took my name and number and less than 30 minutes my phone rings it was Sally's telling me they had what I needed. I really enjoyed using the Cantu Root Rinse. I have locks, and the Cantu Twist and Loc Gel had a stronger hold after using the Cantu Root Rinse. I purchased it from Store #81 in Durham NC.
