I've had small an large orders. Materials are always good, but I seem to miss the discounts, even by a day. Small orders are charged too high shipping charge.

I have contacted customer service regarding the issues I'm having with my order. I received a bent frame and incorrect bolts. I can not put together the sewing machine.

Every time I order something from Sailrite it arrives in record time and very well packaged. Sailrite is my go to site for all my projects - they always have exactly what I need.

I received my order and it states it will only guarantee product if you follow the instructions, however, none were included so I havent tried using it yet

There are a lot of things I can't buy locally. As usual with Sailrite, this is a good product sold by a good company. It got here quick, was well-packaged, and was exactly as described.

Called and talked to an expert immediately, and purchase the recommended sail window material, I'll be installing them soon and I'm excited to be able to see through my sails soon!

About half the amount of dough and poles were not included in the price.
It was not a small part, but a fabric etc.

The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate, and delivery is super fast. Prices on fabric prices are competitive and mostly less expensive than those of other online sellers.

I placed an order, then the next day I had to order again, items I forgot. I sent an email, the response was great. Sailrite put all the items in my first order, saves on shipping, and time.
