Saia-Burgess Controls

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER! I really do not know how they are still in business. Never showed for first delivery appointment. Wasted money on movers. Called to find out what happened and they had no record of the appointment in their systems. Rescheduled. Called twice the morning of that day to confirm it was on the schedule. Even double checked all information. Hired movers again for the time window. The driver was supposed to call me 30mins before arriving on site. It was getting late and no word from the driver still. So I decided to call and see what had happened. I started calling at 5:40pm. I didn't get a hold of someone until 6pm. At the point they told me the driver was there at 5:30pm and tried to call when he arrived, but no answer SO HE LEFT WITHOUT DROPPING IT OFF. I received calls from the movers, my friend who was waiting for them, but never the from the driver. I had been waiting by my phone stressed since 4pm! They claimed even the office tried to call me. I never received calls from either. They said well someone was supposed to wait for him at the gate or give him a code. Well that's why he was supposed to call 30mins before he was there! Was I supposed to have my friend wait by the gate for 3hours?! NO. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
