Ran into two problems, neither of which I believe was the fault of Discount Safety Gear. The first seemed to be a distribution problem from Timberland which DSG informed me of and told me they would keep me updated. The second problem was that very unfortunately for me, the boots did not fit like I wanted. Fortunately for me though, DSG made them extremely easy to return. I will be checking if they have any other products I shop for in the future.

I was extremely happy with the quality of the hard hats and the printing of the logo. Their turn around time was also extremely reasonable! A great way to differentiate me and my employees on job sites!

The shopping experience was great. Shipped quickly, the order was followed up on, they made sure I received the item. The item itself was of poor quality. The hard hat was good, typically rated pyramex hardhat. The hydro dipping was very poor, there was bubbling and flaking of the graphic out of the box.
Thank you for your review Adam. We are sorry that you have had this issue. We do not hydro dip the products in house they are done by the vendor that we purchase the helmets from. This helmet was purchased in June so unfortunately there is nothing Discount Safety Gear can assist you with.

Found what I was looking for, ordering was fast and easy. My item arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered.
I was looking for a printer stand; only this store had the style and size I wanted. The product arrived on time and did not have shipping cost because of the total order price I think. I was disappointed in incomplete or unclear instruction manual. It would have been helpful to have a link to the youtube video for the same. There was QR code to the youtube but that was wrong link, the dead one. There was no proper product support - the wooden dowels are smaller than the holes and some screws did not tighten up leaving the drawers loose.

The hard hats are great - breathable and used for safety on project sites. Only issue would be sometimes the branding on the front that we need for our company suffers with quality due to smudges in ink

I am thrilled with the quality of the coveralls and very happy with the price - however, I purchased two sizes with the intention of keeping the one that fit and sending back the one that did not. When I attempted to return the one item, only then by calling, did I learn the item was final sale. Now I am stuck with an item I cannot wear and out the money for it.
