Being new to ordering hard hats, the customer service was exceptional making sure we got what we needed. The graphics team was particularly helpful as our color logo had issues and we easily switched to a black & white version. The hard hats are perfect for our team's needs.
Had to contact five times and fight to get a refund when entire order was not delivered.

Called ask asked about glove sizes. Employee did not help much. I used my best judgment and was lucky.
