The infrared sauna that we bought was amazingly well-packaged when delivered and the team that installed it was super friendly and accommodating. We had questions, of course, and they were more than willing to answer all of them without leaving any detail that was unknown. Highly recommend!

I ordered something over a month ago still not shipping date tracking number nothing then I call to ask what's going on and they tell me is being shipped today well. They been telling me that for 2 weeks now and they crazy part is I ordered something from this place a few years back and service every thing was great got my atv on time
And everything but now this place has gone to crap

Their site is easy to shop from the only issue is the charge for the title processing on top of paying for shipping it's like there has to be some type of give here on that fact but besides that easy shopping

Tip for consumers:
Expect to wait a while but you will get your product just make sure you get the warranty for at least a year if buying any motor vehicles off here dirt bikes ATV’s Etc..

This site advertises credit approval down to 596 credit rating. What is not told is that is only for amount between $3000 and $4000. This should be made visible on the web site. Now I will have a hit on my credit report, not happy with this at all. As I found a unit that lists at $7600 delivered

I ordered a scooter from you. Received it damaged. You were good about replacing the damaged part. Now I ordered a replacement battery from you. Took 3 weeks to get it. Over $400 and you sent me the wrong battery. I've called and called you guys and you keep saying you will call me back and you haven't! Either refund my money or send me the correct battery! Is that too much to ask? What's so hard about that!?

Back on February I purchased the 7500 pound trailer mover. The first time I used it one of the bearings I. The tire broke and you sent me a new tire. Now I paid $75 extra for the tires that cost $7 each at Harbor Freight, so nothing special or heavy duty about those. Using today after I put the new tire on and the copy came off the screw that you that you pull out the disengage the motor so it will roll freely. I screwed the cap back on but now when you pull it out the two prongs don't come out so it doesn't stay out and disengaged I have to hold it out with a screwdriver or something so the motor will turn freely. I am moving a 4500 pound trailer with a tongue weight of 660 pounds so it should be more than capable based on the specs. If I had the money and ability to ship it back for a refund I would but don't. Enclosed is a picture of the motor thing pulled out and no tabs to hold it out. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this product and would never recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a scooter very reasonable price was very excited about the purchase, received the Scooter back sissy bar holes did not match up to the frame holes and the trunk did not come with keys and the right front tire was missing the chrome. I spoke to them and they directed me on the proper way to resolve the problem, followed the process sill waiting for reply from manufactory. Joe in sales was very helpful, but another guy who answers the phone in sales very rude. I contacted company about an hour ago and the customer service was very rude, all I needed was my sales number so I can register my scooter told me what to do and said thank you but he hung up. I was excited to find these scooters at a very reasonable price and was considering ordering another 3 for my business but I think I will move on. Thank you Joe you were awesome.

Received an incomplete order, put credit card payment on hold and received a barrage of calls from business, very monopolizing- wanted to run another charge. If they put this much gusto into getting the order right, there would be no problem in the first place. Terrible company with products from china- slow poor service. I would never order from them again.

Ordered a tow dolly, for a gift. Salesperson did not advise us the product was not in stock. We waited 6 weeks for the dolly. OK, we dealt with that.

My biggest issue is, that I called SaferWholesale before it was shipped out to make sure it looked just like the picture on the website, with the two larger tires on the back, instead of the small ones. The individual placed me on hold to go look and came back and told me that the larger tires were on. The small tires only work ok on asphalt.

SO WHEN I PURCHASED MY UTV I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS. MY BAD! SO WE ARE COMING UP 8 WEEKS SINCE MY CHECK WAS CASHED. IT SEEMS THAT SAFER WAREHOUSE HAS NO OR CHOOSES NOT TO CONTACT THEIR SUPPLIER/FACTORY/ASSEMBLER/IMPORTER. SO AFTER WEEK 7 I STARTED DAILY PHONE CALLS TRYING TO GET A SHIPPING/DELIVERY FORECAST. YESTERDAY(9/9/2020) THE SAFER WAREHOUSE REP WAS DOWNRIGHT RUDE AND MADE NO ATTEMPT TO HELP ME. DON'T BUY IF YOU EXPECT DELIVERY AS PROMISED AND RESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I do apologize if you feel your expectations for shipping were not met. Unfortunately as a wholesaler and not a retailer, we are at the mercy of our suppliers to provide the products listed on our website. We represent about 1,000 different distributors across the US and Canada and they all carry different products. Each product has a different lead time based on whether it needs production or is readily available to ship. Some of our products ship readily and have a 10-15 business day delivery and others are custom produced to order and have delivery time frames of 6-8weeks. It all depends on the product availability and of course the demand for the product. During peak season of units that require production there can be delays in order processing due to influx in orders. I am sure as of now your order has been completed and your issues resolved. Again, I do apologize for any delay you experienced.

I ordered a Tao Tao 150cc scooter and was told shipping would be. 105.00 instead of 190.00 due to them not having scooter I ordered that was suppose to be in stock. There was also another 106.00 charge for shipping on invoice that was paid. 10-15 days for shipping is now 20 days and is 23 miles from delivery according to tracking. My advise is buy a Chinese Scooter from a store. Plenty in the City (sf) and no dmv or shipping hassles and already put together. At least that was if you don't like the deal presented you can walk away and not be stuck as I am.

Ordered 2 gas powered 50cc scooters on 3/10/15, and was told we should receive them in 10 to 15 days. 9 days later we were told the color we ordered was not available... but they did have 2 other colors in stock & available. We responded right away, same day with the colors we would take. And then was told they had to do the reorder due to color change & it would be another 10-15 days. Needless to say it has been about a 3 week process now & we still have no scooters & no tracking number or any info as to when we can expect them to arrive. When we called we have been told a couple of times now that someone would get back to us ASAP with a tracking number & date to expect them. I realize issues happen... but they have had our money for almost a month & we still have no scooters. Feeling a little frustrated. They have not even bothered to compensate us in any way for what appears to be issues on their end not ours. Not real good customer service in my opinion. This opinion may change when I actually receive a scooter.

Did not have a good experience with saferwholesale.com. Sales person got an attitude with me from the beginning. Simply cause I was confused about shipping and delivery. Seems they are two different things. Second sales guy got all my info incorrect. Except of course my credit card number. So after anxiously waiting 8 to 10 days. I receive an email that says "could not contact customer your order has been cancelled".:(After calling and straighting this out. I had to wait a few more days. Finally get my 50cc moped. After watching the video. I assemble my moped. Oh ya they don't tell you that the wiring harness isn't fully zipped tied the right way on the "how to assemble video". Which could be simply done before you receive the product or at least brought up during the video. Would be safer this way. After assembly I start my moped and the headlights blow immediately. They have a parts only warranty. Trust me it's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing about my parts I need except "we have contacted the manufacturer and we are waiting to hear back from them". My main complaint would be. If your are sending a product out that is "ready to be assembled" make it "ready to be assembled". This can easily be done by addressing the wiring harness and making it ready to be assembled. Just to make your product safer. I know this is a wholesale company but the products sold do represent your company and the pride you take in it. You do advertise you sell the greatest products. I would say great products don't blow headlights immediately unless the product was defective. Or a part in the product was defective. Intern making the product not so great.

I not only wrote several emails, I have called to request a price on some parts I needed for my Side by Side 150cc Lightning UTV. I need to front bumper and the hood because they cracked. I have not heard from them. I even email pics. They have a parts department on the website, you can't even look for any parts. What a joke.

Extremely disappointed with the handling of a error in a check transaction for an item ordered. Problem with information and cx transaction without putting more effort into contacting me with 2 phone calls to the party it was being delivered. And it is a Christmas present for my 4 grandchildren.
I found out it was cx when I called to check delivery status! I did reorder item this time using my credit card, as the "young" children were awaiting the arrival of the backyard ice skating rink.
But, in spite of an email request, I have not received an email confirmation of this recent transaction, which took place on 12/16.

Be careful what you buy! Paid for custom upgraded seats on golf cart. Cart arrived with different seats and they are offering an insultingly low refund that doesn't cover even 10% of what was paid for seats. Also beware that once you deal with the sales side there is nothing they can do to help you. They step out with NO control. Own 4 golf carts and will never buy another from them!

I bought 2 dirt bikes from SaferWholesale for my kids last Christmas (December 2014) for a total of $849.00. Both pieces of crap have already become useless as of March 2014. One bike arrived in the crate already having problems. The instructions for assembling the remainder of the dirt bike were also useless. Fortunately, I knew enough about dirt bikes to be able to assemble them properly. The pulley assembly to pull-start the engine frequently sticks on one of the dirt bikes causing the casing to have to be removed, the pulley fixed and reinstalled to simply start it. The brakes on both dirt bikes wore out in less than 2 months and is not easily replaced making the bikes dangerous to ride. The tires that come on them from the factory are crap! The rear tire on both bikes wore through and popped within 6 months and that was without much riding. I ordered a replacement rear tire from SaferWholesale, providing them the info requested to order the proper tire, and they still sent me 2 wrong tires. Product is crap - customer service is crap. Keep these crappy, dangerous products out of our country!

Don't expect to be able to legally use anything that requires a title. A month to get the bike, I expected that. Now hoing on a month for the title. Ive called ans am put on hold then td to try back when it's less busy, multiple times. Emailed no response, I like the bike but I can't go anywhere on it. So, buyer beware or be extremely patient.
