Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.

I purchased two atvs with them only making it where i couldl borrow 2300 dollars and now because they say i missed a payment i am now in debt with them by 4300 dollars asked could i return the item due to neither one running after a couple of days of use for one of them and a day of use for the other one. They have poor customer service so yeah i gave them a 1 should be a 0000 all the way. Do not buy anything from them.

This place is a joke. Quoted me a price and then refused to honor it. Refused to let me speak with a superior and refused to give me the name of the person in charge of the building.

My UTV still doesn't run - 1 mile in 8 months! Arrived with body damage and a bad battery. Called for service and told there's one guy and he works part time! Absolute junk. Out almost $7000 for a 350 pound paperweight. Stay away! Buy local!

I called to order a go kart for my son they were higher priced then i different location so told me they would match the price awsome right? Wrong they matched price then next day pulled order told me it was because it was out of stock. Called back to find out that go kart was not out of stock just the price wouldnt work for THEM at the price they matched so lied to me and told me out of stock instead. Customer service is worst ive seen in awhile will never buy from them was looking to spend 1500 with this company and just got the run around because they werent making enough and wouldnt honor what they originally agreed to price wise and then just hide and say its out of stock. No phone call or anything to try to fix problem just sent me email and cancelled order horrible experience!

I purchased a shower spa and had it installed. On the first night of use, my son closed the door and it shattered completely cutting his foot. I attempted to call and was told to fill out a form and wait three business days. Five days later still have not heard from them. I dont trust this item, it's flimsy and I DO NOT HAVE A SHOWER. The Rep I spoke with said the parts Department is busy, which tells me they sell a lot of faulty items.

I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. I love the UTV golf cart; HOWEVER, the battery is worthless considering the amount of money I spent on the purchase. CUSTOMER SERVICE is terrible. I have spoken to 3 different people in Parts and Warranty about a faulty battery. They were rude and demeaning. Said things like, " I can't help you, after all the battery is from China";" any knowledgeable person would know to charge the battery", "I don't know where the VIN# is, and we do not give you an owner's manual to help you. Keep searching!" AND too bad you didn't read the 10 pages of TERMS and CONDITIONS(meanwhile, the battery lasted less that 3 small trips, would not charge after 6 uses, found a manual under the front seat.)

Very rude people on the Phone. Been trying to get my title for 4 months. Called today, 08/31/2020, they said they mailed it on Aug. 14th. It does take 2 weeks from IL. To Wy. For the mail to get here. Stay away from this company.

Run for the hills worst customer service ever Bought $2800 Jacuzzi steel frame underneath not welded refuse to take back because I took it out of the Box Already contacted Better Business Bureau and Missouri state Attorney General

I ordered an ATV on June 15th. On June 19th, I received an email with an arrival date of June 26. On June 30, I called the shipping company to find out where my order was. They told me they never received my order from Saferwholesale, so I called them and they said it had been shipped. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, and being transferred to several different people I finally spoke with the shipping manager. He said my order got lost. It would have been nice to get an update, but nothing. He said he would call back in a few days. Never heard from them so I called again and got the runaround. I finally spoke with the shipping manager again and he said he didn't know where my order was. I told them I would give them a few more days and If I didn't receive it, I'll cancel my order. Well, I finally got a call from the shipping company and they said they will deliver on July 7th. Hopefully, I get the right ATV.

Biar, beware this is the worst place to buy anything mechanical have the parts were not delivered no instruction booklets and when we called you had to wait forever online to get somebody and they kept redirecting you it's a third-party seller do not I repeat do not buy from this company. They're horrible and they do not have refunds. We got our steam shower and it had no parts with it and no instructions and then they gave us a hard time Barbie, where

OKAY, NORMALLY I DON'T CARE TO POST REVIEWS ON A COMPANY EVEN IF IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE BUT I WAS CHARGED $1,199 FOR THE VIPER 150CC WHEN CALLED THEY WERE RUDE FROM THE PERSON ON THE PHONE TO THE MANAGEMENT. WAS TOLD THAT I WAS NOT CHARGED TO MY CARD. CALLED MY BANK AND WAS TOLD OTHERWISE. SO IM DONE WITH THE RUN AROUND GAMES I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THEM TO COURT. CANT WAIT TO GET THE LAST LAUGH. BETTER OFF DEALING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I ENDED UP GETTING THE SAME BIKE FOR $350 Less than this bs of a company charged.

Do not i repeat Do not buy anything from this company... they are a total rip off and don't how they talk to their customers, especially the person who work in parts... he is rude and unprofessional and lies about everything hey say... i didn't even have my Atv for a whole day and the breaks went out and it flipped my daughter off and when I called they gave me the run around and so many words he basically didn't care

I purchased a Custom Plus Mini Jeep for my husband as a Christmas gift and paid for it to be fully assembled. It arrived UNASSEMBLED! My husband is a disabled combat Vietnam Veteran who saw a picture of the jeep and wanted it so that he could ride it in Veterans Day Parades... SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! I thought okay I have a neighbor who is a trained and certified Artic Cat mechanic... if this company would just refund the assembly charge... he will put it together for me. Long story short, he found 6 faulty parts and advised that he can't put it together and it be safe to ride... broken fuel shut off, parking brake will not engage, front wheel stud has no threads, just to name a few. I bought a 12 month warranty... doesn't matter. Three business days since delivery, I have called them 6 times, 3 of which I was transferred and placed on hold until my cell phone battery died and emailed 3 times with attached photos of faulty parts. This was a Christmas gift for my husband... Christmas is a week away from today, BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY! And I have scrap metal.

This whole company is totally out of line. They told me I'd have my bike a a couple weeks. Ordered it on May 27,2018 and received it on July 5,2018. Does that look like a couple weeks. On top of that in shipping the bike was apparently scraped on the front fender and I know no one to contact about that. Then I had to fill out another form to get the title which I still have not received as of August 4,2018. They said it would be 3 to 4 weeks after I submitted their stupid form and well, what can I say? STAY AWAY FROM THESE SELF SERVING DISCOURTEOUS GOONS!

First of all, although they are based in the USA, all of their parts come from overseas in China. I had purchased the MSA 4-wheeler and plow in early February and it didn't arrive until almost April. I believe that the only reason it was even delivered was because I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card as they obviously didn't honor their 10-15 day policy of delivery time and I gave them every opportunity to tell me what was going on. I had called multiple times and only ever got the run-around: should be getting tracking soon, parts delay, in warehouse being put together, truck hasn't picked up yet, you name it, for almost two months I heard it.
I wasn't home when it was finally delivered and the driver apparently got the ok to leave the ATV and plow outside of my property, close to the road, with keys "hidden" under the seat, along with the open title and all paperwork.
I had no choice but to withdraw the dispute because the product was technically delivered, although I had not technically accepted it. I would've had to pay for the carrier to take the product back in addition to a refund of - 25% of what I originally paid.
I went to install the plow and realized that there are parts missing. I had to independently special order plates to secure U-bolts for the plow system. Finally, after a handful of rides, without the plow, under 15 mph, I can't get the ATV to stay running. Every time I put the vehicle in reverse, it stalls. I now need to pay my mechanic to make a house call.
My experience with this company has been awful. They are great., attentive, and customer-oriented until they get your form of payment. After that, they couldn't care less. Buyer beware!

Tip for consumers:
Please do not be fooled by their prices (which I have found better deals since). They have videos on the products that they themselves have made, but I have found no customer videos or real reviews on the company or their products.
In addition, I was supposed to get that tracking 10-15 days after the date of order to let me know it was on it's way and had never received it. Even when they hustled to get it to me after realizing that I was disputing the transaction, I still never got tracking.

Products used:
MSA ATV. Product arrived almost two months after my purchase and missed the season to use the plow. I haven't even been able to assemble and attach the plow due to missing parts from the company.

Dumb me didn't read reviews before I purchased my 150cc scooter. They sale you stuff that don't work, and customer service is no help! Safe your time and money and don't purchase anything from this scamming company.

Chinese junk. Sales person Ray calls you back throughout the day until you make a purchase once you purchase one of these Chinese junk scooters you will never be able to talk to him again unless if you're willing to purchase another one when you talk to parts manager John and let him know that your missing pieces on Chinese junk he will tell you to call Amazon and order the parts everyone there is very nasty and does not want bothered with their customers I advise everyone to go elsewhere to purchase scooters buyers beware

I order a buggy go kart for my kids on 11/19/19 today is 12/17/19 and I haven't received the package, when I called, they told me they returned the package because I didn't answer the phone, they said my phone was disconnected which is not true, they said they send me an email and the only emails I have from this company is advertising's and now they said that they are going to charge me the shipping for something I never received arguing that it was my fault, the customer service person was very rude and said that I don't know how to keep my appointments I'm really disappointed and upset because it was my kids Christmas gift

Please for the love of God or whatever higher power you believe in don't order anything from these people. If your looking for terrible customer service. To be hung up on when you call or put on hold until you hang up this is who you want to deal with. If you are looking for an overpriced piece of crap you have no chance of returning this is the place for you. How about instructions for a different piece of crap then the one you ordered. Or finally getting the instructions and being better off not. If you don't have a full blown fabrication shop and years of experience (as I do) then I'm sorry but you are screwed. If you love your children you will leave this site right now, if your trying to kill someone and make it look like an accident put them on a product from this company ( they won't stand a chance) in all seriousness please shop around and read other reviews.

RUN RUN RUN. They shipped a damaged golf cart. Broken handles, no power, defective brakes. They asked me to remove the previous review and they would pay for everything to be fixed. Keep in mind this is a NEW golf cart. They received the invoices and ran. I have checked the reviews and they are buying them. FRAUD. Do not work with them.

Numerous Issues

Assembled July 28th:

· LED Light Bar NEVER worked from the very start and still doesn't work due to no power at the LED Light Bar Plug.
· Dash Lights Never worked from the very start and still don't. No power going to the dash accent lights.

July 29th Presented to my daughter as a birthday gift at a ATV / UTV Socially distanced birthday party with 8 other kids.

· Speedometer worked for about an ½ hr of use and still doesn't work at all.

August 8th

· Battery that was provided with the UTV is completely dead and won't take a charge.
· I purchased a new battery and UTV starts and runs.

August 18th

· UTV starts and runs for about 12minutes…. Dies.
· Won't restart
· Fault Code on the dash is indicating Oil Pump Issues

I am not happy! The UTV has less than 5hours on it! Nearly $4,000 and my kid gets a piece of $#*!! What is the solution?

Absolute trash and total disregard for what they're actually doing. Please look below. The manager seriously told me to F off when I asked to cancel my order that still hadn't been sent after 41 days even though they claimed it was in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks. Can't imagine why the BBB pulled their support of you.

Tip for consumers:
The reviews before purchase, if I would have read them, I would be $2k better off.

100% Not a true review as we would NEVER state any type of comment to any customer! We allow any customer to cancel an order for any item as long as it is not a custom item, or a special order type item. In those circumstances, we would also typically allow a cancellattion with a fee. The 150cc bike I purchased had nothing but problems from the start. Was missing many parts and the first day I rode it the bike broke. I had to spend hundreds of dollars to get it fixed just for the bike to brake again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! All their product is cheap Chinese machines that are absolute pieces of dog $#*!. The prices are too good to be true. Good luck getting your money back!

Ordered Classical RocketTeer Side Car Motorcycle Sidecar Kit on 06/03/2023. It is now 09/01/2023 and no tracking number for shipment. It was to be shipped to our business. It has still not arrived nor have we been giving a shipment tracking number.

When I called to attempt to speak with someone, a woman who refused to give me her name, stated the sidecar already shipped but they didn't have a tracking number and to contact the freight shipping company to get it. I did and of course they informed me that SafterWholesale was given a tracking number upon pickup if any item was actually shipped through them. She was incredibly rude and had an oh well attitude concerning our order, which was not cheap.

Definitely outside of their 4-8 weeks we were told for shipping. We have missed ALL late Summer motorcycle events because it's too late to order from anywhere else and have it arrive on time.

I'll update if they actually ship the sidecar... If not I guess we'll have to get banks and federal fraud division involved due to the amount of money sent to SaferWholesale via their website.

Definitely do not recommend ordering through the company for any reason.

Someone did respond to my Google review stating they would like to rectify the situation however, I strive to be as polite as possible to anyone in the service industry because I know they generally get treated like garbage and was still met with rudeness from their customer service reps on the phone and through online chat.
