Serious website, nice lightsabers, I always had a good experience when ordering there in the past. (I absolutely adore my redeemer saber)
The interior diameter of my hilt pieces was wrong and as a result I've had to spend more on parts from other sites to fit.

No need to mention how hard it is to find a store specialised in saber swords, but even if you get your fingers to such, they are going crazy with prices.
I love Saberforge for two reasons, they have a great assortment and they are reasonable with the prices.
You can find some unique pieces here. Plus the quality is at the highest level. I am the proud owner of two of their products: Bushido MK2 and Sins of the Father.
I don't know how to explain how good they are, but I would share this… whenever I go to our cosplay parties, my "toys" are at the centre of attention always 😀
I waited a long time and I didn't receive anything until I contacted the website. Then I got the wrong shade of blue I wanted my saber part colored
The powder coat blue I ordered was a brighter blue than the one you displayed on your website. I want to exchange the one you gave me for the correct shade of blue

Nephew's christmas present
I already had an older SF Saber from back in the day, but the SF Eco Aprentice with the Xeno Electronics is a massive improvement, i cant describe how fun it is to just twirl your saber around and it turns on due to the movement. Really one of the best purchases i have ever made
I've had some issues with a parcel that got lost in transit, but with the help of the customer service the problem got sorted in no time! The communication was very polite and the response time remarkably short, especially if you consider the different time zones.
It's one of the best experiences I'ver had with a customer service so far.

Definately too costly for canadians to buy sabers or blasters, just on the product price point itself.
The shipping is a different story, paid for FedEx 3-5 day and it's day 6 currently with no product or shipping info

Easy selections. LGT sabers are a nice addition. I've been patiently waiting for this particular saber to become available and finally it arrived, it was a no brainer for purchase.
I pick saberforge over any saber company. Only company I've dealt with.
The saber is bloody amazing, but I cannot overstate how much it costed + my shipping country fees on top. It ended up being over £500/$630 (Was one of the more expensive ones but still). And Im not in a movie so its not really got too many uses, its flippin cool, but it requires a lot more thought, not something to impulse buy like I did

I don't appreciate an order being "caught in time to change" when it involves more money. Yet thats not in time to cancel it. I am only upgrading for resale potential. I won't be using Saberforge in the future. Yet I'd put money on the fact it will take another 4 months to arrive.
Also, they sell the same saber... with neopixel... on etsy in stock for less than I paid on site.
I don't appreciate this company.

I have to say that for a first time buyer the saber I received was top notch quality on the craftsmanship and the sound fonts are amazing. Great selection of different saber sounds and although being the introductory level of dueling sabers it's colors/blade effects are far above any retail saber. Overall a very satisfied customer who will definitely be purchasing another saber in the near future.

The saber I received is the coolest one I've gotten, came with a case to Cary the sabers and all the extra parts as well, the only thing I am confused about I there is what looks to be a stand but no instructions to put the stand together

Was very pleased with the saber but not the customer service as it took 4 requests to receive a response regarding my missing retention screw and was only told the size to buy a new one my self instead of a new piece all together
I ordered a Mystery Saber, Initiate, and was looking forward to having a lightsaber I could have some fun with. I didn't consider the time it would take to fulfill the order, which time it took actually makes sense, but got the shipment two days after shipping, which is what I paid for.
What came was a mystery hilt. I did understand that it would have no electronics, but I thought it would have came with a blade of some kind. It was only after reviewing the mystery box saber description that I found that anything above initiate level came with a blade, but the initiate just came empty, which is NOT what I thought I was ordering.
Am I a bit frustrated and disappointed? Yes, but honestly all the information was right there in front of me. I was just too excited to read the full description to catch that little detail. If I did see that, I wouldn't have ordered, and taken my money to Ultrasaber and bought a grab bag lightsaber for $70 that comes with a hilt and a blade and lights up in a color you get to pick out. I even found a coupon on Honey so the total was $87 with shipping verses the $93 it cost for an empty hilt I got here.
While an empty hilt does lead to some interesting possibilities, it wasn't what I wanted, but I only have myself to blame for that. I might order another mystery box saber in the future, but only after I have some experience of what I'd want to do with it. It's a little hard to swallow spending almost $100 total for a cool looking paperweight.

Would prefer free shipping on a $400 order but other than that I have loved all 3 of the other lightsabers I have purchased from saberforge. Each saber I order is uniquely beautiful.

Saber is fantastic but maybe wouldn't order another because the order was shipped using FedEx I had to pay £86 in imports fees, (UK) using shipping like DHL could possibly avoid this.

Love this upgraded version of the temple guard battle staff emitter, can give a better grip when holding the lightsaber.
