Great selection of OE parts, fast shipping and knowledgeable Saab and Volvo guys. I have 5 Saabs and 2 Volvos and we buy all our parts from these guys.
Yesterday I called and found out availability of a $22.00 radiator hose and I asked about overnight shipping. I was told that I would need to add the shipping address to my credit card. I did so. I then ordered the part online and paid an overnight shipping charge of $37.50 to guarantee that I would get the part today. Well, imagine my surprise when I got an email with a USPS "Priority" 2-3 day service tracking number via email. They are sorry this happened, but of course being sorry does not make up for the additional charges etc that I am going to go through due to their mistake.

I just ordered tough to find products from them that Saab had on backorder for over 6 months. Parts arrived NEXT day. Killer guys. Will definitely order from them again. The best online experience I have ever had when it comes to Saab partsl

I stopped ordering from these guys a while back after they sent me the wrong part a couple of times, including an air filter that was about half the height for my car - even though I ordered the right part and even entered my vehicle details! I own a '92 Saab 900 Turbo. Recently I was replacing the belts on my car (I had bought the set from Saabsite a while back), and after I got everything off and was ready to put on new belts, well I expected that a new belt would be harder to put on because it's not stretched out from use... but these belts were impossible to put on, even with the alternator loose all the way! Then I looked at the specs, and even though Saabsite had labeled the belts with the correct part number, the actual size (even on the label) was 1.5 cm shorter than required - that's more than half an inch! To some idiot labeling these parts it might not make much of a difference, I guess, but it's pretty pathetic and cost me a lot of hassle at a bad time (when I had everything taken apart and ready to put in new belts).
Update: I just looked at my original order from November 2010, and in retrospect it looks like everything on that order was wrong:
2 ******* AFT 900 1984-1994 Alternator-Water pump Belt 2 Needed AFT 2.99 5.98
1 ******* AFT 900 1985-1994 Power Steering Belt 16V AFT 4.99 4.99
1 ******* AFT 900 1985-1994 16V Air Filter Turbo AFT 18.50 18.50
1 ******* AFT 900 1991-1994 16V Bypass Valve Hose to Lower Heater Valve fitting M******* Up Vin M******* Up AFT 5.90 5.90
The air filter was not the Turbo one but about half the size and wouldn't fit, and they did re-send that one. The hose was wrong, but I ended up getting the right one off a parts car, and never bothered returning it to them. And as I just found out, the belts were wrong.
Hey, it's not about the money, these things are cheap anyway, and it's not about being sorry or replacing with the correct part - when you're dealing in car parts, you really want to get things right and precise the first time around, and when you get this many things wrong and cost me time and hassle, you've lost me as a customer for good.
