I was reluctant to order this but it works! Although I can't say that it removes the stains around each bracket of my braces well. For me, since I don't want to use up my supply too quickly, I brush my teeth with the charcoal powder and my regular toothpaste. Then I use the charcoal toothpaste. I find that best for me because I have heavily stained teeth from coffee, tea, and soda. You did an amazing job I'm so amazingly happy with the customer service.
