Too much confusion with prior e mail address / password
Checkout said I already had an account for my email address but when
I tried to retrieve my password I got a message saying no acct existed for that email address.
Quickly found what I needed with fair price, shipping a little steep for what I bought but whatcha gonna do. Over all good deal. Thanks

Could not figure out how long it would take to ship the product "ground". Arrived within two days. Great service.
Excellent, the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.
Customer service was wonderful, I had a small shipping problem and it was taken care of right away. The only problem I have with this item is the wrong owner manual was sent.
Boxes were really banged up and had holes but everything was intact!
